Supply of ISI marked KWA approved make self-water lubricated vertical turbine pump set with bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft supported by anti-friction bearing, MS flanged column pipe assembly (maximum length 1.20 Meter per each and painted with zinc chromate primer and anti-corrosive paint two coats.), with SS strainer, with necessary non-reversible ratchet arrangement, water cooling system for bearing assembly and all accessories conform to relevant IS. The pump set shall be coupled with motor with specifications given below. Motor - The Sq. Cage Induction motor should be of KWA approved reputed make of Siemens / BHEL / ABB / CGL with Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design with Cast Iron Frame and End Shields. The motor should be with Premium High Efficiency class design fulfilling the latest IEC 60034-1 / IEC 60034-2-1 / IS12615:2018 & applicable standards for design & testing requirements. The basic motor requirements are suitable rating to be coupled to the VT pump below, slow speed 1500 RPM or lesser as per the pump specification, 50Hz, 50 Deg. C, Vertical Solid shaft (IMV1), IP55, IC411, Bidirectional rotation, operating - voltage of 3.3 KV (+/ - 10 %), 50 HZ (+ /- 3%), AC 3 phase, 50-degree Amp. temp. rise. The motor should efficiency of 96% or above at rated 100% load subject to IEC permissible tolerance limits, as per IEC 60034-2-1 testing reference standards. The motor stator winding insulation shall with Class-F Mica based with VPI provided for stator windings. The dV/dt of motor winding insulation should be suitable for 3.3 kV for 0.1 microsecond. The winding insulation test reports should be submitted during inspection. All motors shall be with IMV1 - Vertical Shaft Downward construction fulfilling Vertical Pump Mounting requirements. The motor should be design with low noise level and vibration limits as per IEC 60034-9 and IEC 60034-14 respectively. The drive end and non-drive bearing shall be with anti-friction bearing type with grease nipple provided at both sides. The non-drive end bearing should be provided with insulated bearing to prevent shaft circulating voltage and thus protecting the bearings. The bearing L-10 life should be minimum of 50000 hours for the directly coupled vertical turbine pumps. The motor should be suitable to start with VFD with RMV starter connected on motor neutral--star point terminal box. The motor main power TB and neutral star point TB should be provided with Phase Segregated Terminal Box (PSTB) Type. The PSTB CPRI test certificate should be provided along with motor technical documents during approval. The PSTB of either side should be interchangeable for Main Power TB or Neutral-Star Point TB. The motor main PSTB and neutral PSTB should be suitable for the fault with current of 40kA for 0.25 sec. The motor should be provided with 6 Nos. RTD Duplex 3 wire type for winding, 2 Nos BTD Duplex 3 Wire type for bearing, ACH, Insulated Bearing at NDE side, SPM Nipple with Pad in X & Y Direction in DE /NDE side, Dial Type DTT for DE / NDE Bearing with Alarm / Trip Contacts, Canopy Protection at Motor NDE side etc should be provided as mandatory. The Alarm and Trip set values for Winding, Bearing should be intimated in motor technical documents during approval. The witnessing of routine test and temperature rise test / type test will be carried at vendor premises as per approved technical documents and QAP documents. The vendor should submit the detailed motor technical data sheet enclosed with this tender document duly signed along with required supportive documents as requested. No deviation on the above tender specifications and motor technical data sheet parameters is accepted. Specifications for VT Pump - The Pump shall be designed for Low Life cycle Cost and shall offer low operation cost by way sustained efficiency with no degradation for first two years and thereafter by maximum 0.25% (ie, degradation in efficiency by approx. ¼ as compared to conventional pump) every year up to economical life i.e., 10 years. The pump shall confirm to the following specifications as given below: The pump shall suit for parallel operation with same type pump set. 9.141:Providing and fixing PVC Door Frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm (±0.2mm), made out of single piece extruded PVC profile, with mitred cut joints and with 2 nos of PVC bracket of size 190 mm x 100 mm long arms of cross section size 35 x 15 mm & self driven self taping screws, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 40x20 mm M.S. rectangular tube of 0.8 mm, including providing EPDM rubber gasket weather seal throughout the frame, including jointing 5 mm PVC frame strip with PVC solvent cement on the back of the profile. 9.120.1:Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and sized of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge, manufacture's specification & drawing.30 mm thick plain PVC door shutters
