Providing and fixing colour coated galvulium roofing sheets of 0.5mm thickness including all the accessories (TATA make) but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, flashings etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Add for providing & fixing Flashings -[Corners, Ridges, valleys, gable end & Trims] (Girth upto 610mm) including all the accessories complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG & using electrodes of Ador or ES4B or Deh Secheron make only)in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying priming coat of red lead paint. : a) In tees, angles, flats and channels.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mts. lead.

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Finishing wall with superior quality waterproofing cement paint (super snow cem or equivalent) of required shade on new work (three or more coats) to give an even shade.

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

6mm cement plaster to ceiling 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Finishing fine with neeru over plaster

Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall painting (two or more coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade.

Dismantling doors, windows and clearestory windows (steel or wood) shutters including chowkhats architrave holdfast etc. complete and staking within 50 mt. Lead. Of area 3 sq.m. and below.

Proving and fixing anodised alluminium shutters in accordance with the specification annexed with Goa schedule of Rates (2004) Vol & II including all taxes, transportation, scaffolding and handling etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge: Window with two or three sliding shutters using 14.5/15 mm series shutters section. Acrylic Sheet.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium shutters in accordance with the specification annexed with Goa schedule of Rates (2004) Vol & II including all taxes, transportation, scaffolding and handling etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge: Single or double leaf door shutters.Acrylic sheet.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of 80 x 1.25 mm M.S. laths interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire springs grade No.2 and M.S. top cover of 1.25mm thick for folling shutterstop cover and spring.

Extra for providing mechanical device, chain and crank operation for operating rolling shutters. Exceeding 16.80 sq.m. in area Chain & overhead operation.

Providing and fixing M.S. grill of required pattern in wooden frames of Windows etc. with M.S. flats square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by by screws. Ornamental grill.

Providing M.S. ladders 50x50x6mm (2" x2" x 1/4) equal with 18 mm M.S. rods 45 cm wide for steps placed at 30 cm c/c welded including two coats of red oxide etc. complete.

Waterproofing of sunken slabs, toilet blocks, terraces on slabs under brickbats, roofs, watertanks. Cleaning the surface and filling cracks (if any), applying EPCO ACR wherever necessary, Providing and Moistening the surface with water to render it saturated. Mix Cement and Monobond WF in the ratio of 1.25 kg to 1 by weight and stir continuously. Apply minimum 2 coats with an interval of 12 hours minimum between the coats. Fix fiber mesh while the first coat is still tacky. Cure with sprinkling of water 3-4 times a day. incl. cost of scaffolding transport etc. as per dir of EIC. All the chemicals will be of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt. Ltd. or Equivalent.
