REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF FILTERMEDIA OF FILTERATION PLANT AND SUPPLY OF LIME, ALUM, BLEACHING POWDER CALCIUM HYPOCHLORIDE AT MIL STATION PITHORAGARH UNDER GE (MES) PITHORAGARH

Taking out existing filter media various sizes from slow sand gravity filter bed of size 7mx3.5mx2m qty-02 nos and stacking out properly outside of the filteration plant and depositing the same as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with in 100 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation / cleaning of complete internal surfaces of filteration plant by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and inflorescent, trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting of ramp of filter bed & filteration plant with one coat of water based paint of old existing surface to any surface surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth incl preparation of old surfaces complete all as spfd and directed(Note- colour of paint as directed by Engineer-in-Charge).

M & L for filling,spread and levelled of filter media of verious sizes in filter bed of size 7mx3.1mx2.5m qty-02 nos as follows:- (a) 50 to 40mm size hand picked screened and graded stone aggregate 150mm thick from bottom surface

(b) 40 mm to 12.5 mm size hand picked screened and graded stone aggregate filling 150mm thick

(c) 12.5 mm to 6 mm size hand picked screened and graded stone aggregate filling 150m thick.

(d) 10 mm to 3 mm size hand picked screened and graded stone aggregate filling 150mm thick.

(e) 6 mm to 2 mm size hand picked screened and graded stone aggregate filling 150mm thick.

(f) 700 to 600 micron size screened, graded and dust free quartz sand filling 300mm thick

Supply only Calcium Hypochlorite-65 to 70 % contents in grunular form (Calciam based granular disinfectant for drinking water treatment, kacked in 45 kg of drums) complete all as directed. Make: Sree Rayalaseema Hi Strength Hypo Ltd/POTTER&WATTS CORP ( in 45 kg drum)

Supply only fat lime, unslacked, class 'C' , complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:Fat lime, unslacked not more than 2 months old packing.

Supply only stable bleaching powder conforming to IS - 1065, grade - I in 25 Kg packing, packed in polyethylene bag (not more than 2 months old packing), complete all as specified.

Supply only Alum Ferric Grade 4,conforming to IS - 299(latest) for solid form for treatment of water intended for drinking complete all as directed.

Supply only Glycol for solar water heater complete all as directed.

Supply only poly aluminium chloride (PAC) concentration for STP. Make: Aditya birla group(kanpac) or equivalent make.

Supply only poly aluminium Electrolite (PE) Max Flow A-107 for STP Make:Thermax/ Aditya birla group

Supply only Sodium Hypochlorite solution 6 % available freechlorine for dosing at CCT & TWT of STP Make:Thermax/ Aditya birla group
