Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. ( for pipe and pits) up to all depths and in all kinds of soils such as pick work, pick jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting in soft/ hard rock, chiseling/wedging out of rock where blasting is prohibited, in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable materials/ soils separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soils in 15 cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil / unusable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Pick jumper work).
Providing laying jointing and testing in trenches of GMSERW pipes including bends of below mentioned dia as per IS: 3183-2012 of below mentioned grade i in radnom length of 6 to 7 meters including fabrication of bends by butt welding from parent tube as required at site, shall be flanged joints and remaining shall be welded joints and welding of pipes will be down as per IS: 816-1969 with lectrodes as per IS: 814-1991 of make Advani/ Orelon (Adore)/ESAB, the laying and jointing of pipes should conform to IS: 5822-1994 (earth work in trenches flanged joints and butt welded jonits except in bends to be measured and paid for separately). The pipes and special shall have zinc coatedas per BIS: 4736, the galvanisation is done by the manufacturing firm itselt complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Enigneer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of MS flanges conforming to following table as per IS: 6392-1971 (latest with up to date amendments) and welding of MS flanges with MSERW pipes in requiste layers on outer faces and one layer on inner faces to make the joint leak proof (the cost of providing and layer of MSERW pipes to be measured and paid for separately), the welding of flnages should conforming to IS: 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforjing to IS: 1364, the thickness of gasket not less than 3mm conforming to IS: 2712-1998, the work shall be done as satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing circumferential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding with DP test to GMSERW pipe conforming to IS: 3183-2012 (latest upto date amendements of grade and wall thickness as specified below welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS: 816-1969 specifications by using welding electrodes of 2.5mm to 6.3mm of Advani Orelon (Adore)-CITOJET/ESAB make, conforming to IS: 814-1991 at site of work complete in all respect, including manual/ mechanical handling of pipe in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing double flanged cast iron sluice valve Leader/Kirloskar make of various dia with (hand wheel) as per IS: 780-1984 class-1.60 table-17 upto 300mm dia including brass spindle and as per 2906-1084 class-II for dia. 300mm) complete with bolts nuts rubber insertion etc. (the tail piece if required shallbe measured and paid for separately) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing double flanged cast iron Reflux valve of following dia of Kirloskar/Leader make to gravity main conforming to latest Code as per class PN 1.6 in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing flanged CI foot valve of following dia Kirloskar/ Leader make to gravity main including welding, gasket, mating flange confirming to latest code as per class PN 1.6 for syphon and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing screwed type cast steel air valve of 50 mm dia (single ball type) of Leader /Kirloskar make conforming to BS: 1452-90 with upto date amendments as per class PN 10.00 to withstand a nominal seat pressure of 11.2 kg/cm2 in gravity main and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Foundation footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing laying of tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding cutting and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-
Foundation footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Steel work welded in built up section including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard, bars, ladders, railing brackets and similar works and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
