Compressed Air Petrol Pre-heating system with complete equipment, suitable for welding of rail joints by AT welding process & Pre-heating system deployed shall have facility to record and save the Pre-heating parameters viz. pressure and time, firm details, welder details and weld location details for a particular weld along with facility to send these preheating parameters and related details automatically as SMS to concerned Railway officials immediately after finishing of preheating. It shall be possible to send this SMS simultaneously up to 10 mobile numbers as per IRST-19-2021, date: 01.02.2022, Point No. 10.1 (iv). Only OEM or OEM authorized dealers should quote. If authorized dealers are quoting, they should attach the Tender specific authorizations letter from OEM for this tender. Else their offers shall be summarily rejected.

The tenderer with past performance of satisfactory execution of contracts to SC Railway, or Other Zonal Railways/Pus for supply of the same / similar items (similar item means Compressed Air Petrol Pre-heating system with complete equipment, suitable for welding of rail jointsby AT welding process & Pre-heating system) for a quantity of 20 percent or more of tendered quantity against a Single contract during last three years prior to, and excluding tender opening date may be considered as responsive to SC Railways requirements for placement of bulk and regular order. Tenderers are requested to submit the past performance report such as Copies of RNotes/ CRAC/ Proof of acceptance of material by consignee etc. along with their offer; failing which offer will be summarily rejected. However, in cases where the tenderers are having satisfactory past performance of same/similar item in IR (for a quantity of 20 percent or more of tendered quantity against a single contract during last three years prior to, and excluding tender opening date), the supply performance data as available in iMMS with IR shall be taken into consideration while evaluating the offers.

It shall be the responsibility of the bidders to quote correct HSN number and corresponding GST rate. Offers with PVC will be summarily rejected.
