Excavation for foundation by machineries / executed with
mechanised efforts up to all depth including sorting out
1 and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the 23057.90 Cum 151.25
excavated stuff up to all lead and lift as directed by engineer

Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically
Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh
Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012 and BIS & CE Certified,
MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12
(D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinic+PVC coated,
Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7 mm, mechanically edged /
2 selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have 4044.00 Cum 4614.94
minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh
perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter
2.2/3.2mm(ID/OD), supplied @3% by weight of Gabion
boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm,
as per drawing, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-
Dewatering by pumping set of required capacity including
temporary platform carting pumping at site and fixing the
same in position including all accessories, and fuel and
labour etc. complete.
Providing and fixing Geo textile Non-Woven Geotextile (PR
20) (BIS & CE Certified) shall be behind gabion facia unit
and below gabion mattress units as separator between insitu
strata. It shall be mechanically bonded non-woven geotextile
and made of virgin high tenacity polypropylene or polyester
staple fibers which are UV stabilized. They are characterized
4 by a high resistance to installation damage, high water 4920.00 Sqmt 58.08
permeability, resistance to ultra violet degradation and to
biological and chemical environments. The non-woven
geotextile shall be made of Polypropylene needle punched
staple fibers and shall meet the requirements of MoRTH
section, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Description QTY Unit Final Rate Amount
Providing and fixing Geo Grid (BIS & CE Certified) is
manufactured from select grades of high tenacity polyester
yarn having capacity above 100 KN/Sqmt and upto
KN/sqmt with molecular weight > 25,000 and carboxyl end
groups < 30, to ensure high strengths, low creep and
excellent durability. The yarns are formed into a
dimensionally stable grid structure with uniform apertures,
using an advanced weft insertion warp knitting process
which is then given a tough and durable polymeric coating to
enhance dimensional stability, resistance to installation
damage and durability. Geogrid is a uniaxial knitted
polyester geogrid with a protective polymeric coating
engineered shall meet the requirements of MoRTH
section. The mechanically woven double twisted wire mesh
gabion with a connector rod of 16mm diameter etc. all
complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1- Cement : 2-
Coarse sand : 4- graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal
size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A)
Foundation and Plinth
Providing and laying in position Ready Mixed M-30 grade
concrete for reinforced cement conctere work, using cement
content as per approved Design Mix manufactured in fully
automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in
transit mixer for all lead up to MSU site having continuous
agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified
grade for reinforced cement concrete work including
pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying,
including the cost of centering shuttering finishing and
excluding the cost of reinforcement including cost of
admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to
accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability
without impairing strength and durability including curing
etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.
Without Fly Ash (Min cement level as per latest IS 456 shall
be maintained) (Cement level 475 kg) for Foundation

Providing and laying in position Ready Mixed M-30 grade
concrete for reinforced cement conctere work for all floors,
using cement content as per approved Design Mix
manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and
transported to site of work in transit mixer for all lead up to
MSU site having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as
per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement
concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit
8 mixer to site of laying, including the cost of centering 400.00 Cum 6125.65
shuttering finishing and excluding the cost of reinforcement
including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as
per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve
workability without impairing strength and durability
including curing etc. complete as per direction of the
Engineer - in - charge. Without Fly Ash (Min cement level as
per latest IS 456 shall be maintained) (Cement level 494 kg)
Providing and filling rubbles at below the gabion wall
9 including hand packing and filling interstices with quarry 738.00 Cum 1086.50
spalls behind abutments and between returns as directed.
Filling in foundation and backside of gabion with murrum or
selected soil in layers of 20cm. Thickness (the soil should be
meet MoRTH 3100 requirements) including watering,
ramming and consolidating etc. complete
Earthwork for embankment including breaking clods,
dressing with all lead and lift and including watering rolling
and consolidation of subgrade in layers at O.M.C. to required
dry density including filling the depression which occur
during the process using power roller 8T to 10T.(C) From
Borrow area within 1.0KM. lead
Providing TMT Bar FE 500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks having
crushing strength not less than 35 kg./Sq.Cm. in foundation
and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1- Cement : 6 -fine

Providing 20 mm thick double coat mala cement plaster on
interior brick / concrete work for plastering comprising of
base coat of 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1
14 Cement : 4 coarse sand) in rough finishing and 8 mm thick 2000.00 Sqm 277.18
top coat of cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand)
finished with trovel including scaffolding curing etc.
