Supplying of Swaged Steel Tubular pole (IS 2713, Pt. II 1980) for following designation and of following dimensions : 410-SP-33; 9.0 mtrs: 164 Kg ((Outside dia & thickness are given in annexure-I)

Erection of Single Steel tubular pole with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts.above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly. Size 0.6x0.6x1.91 mts

Providing CC (6:3:1) muffing 450x450x600 mm in size or equivalent size of cylindrical muffing above ground level around the pole base complete with 3 mm thick neatly finished cement plaster all round after dismantling the unserviceable muffing if any incl. fixing only loop box if necessary (a) Without Loop Box.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (HOT Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts,double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below:(a)By ISI Medium GI pipe.

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of(approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. FOR receiving fresh coat of paint.Upto 9.0 mtr. long pole.(i)1st coat of aluminium paint over 1 coat of RO priming.

Upto 9.0 mtr. long pole. (ii) 2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat.

Supply and fixing of pole head type M.S loop box (3mm thick) with connecting bar and other accessories fixed on the top the pole as required as per direction of EIC (For 3 phase 4 wire connection).

Supply & Fixing arm bracket of 50 mm bore tubular Pipe (M.S.) of 1.5 m length for fixing on 75 mm /100 mm dia pole top including Supply & Fixing 4 mm thick M.S. plate welded with bolts, nuts & clamps, etc. as required with fabrication work including painting the same with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of Aluminium paints.

Supply, hoisting , fixing and commissioning of LED Street Light Luminaire made of pressure die-cast aluminium housing, street optic lens and glass diffuser System Power: 180 watt. IP Class: 66 , CCT- 5700K ,complete with all accessories on pole. Make : Wipro /Philips/ Bajal / Magik / Simoco / Syska or any reputed make of similar specifications.

Supplying Al conductor PVC insulated and sheathed unarmoredcable 10sqmm x 4core (1.1KVgrade, Gloster/Havells/Polycab).

Supplying & drawing 3x36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) 1.1 KV grade single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (brand appvd, by EIC) in prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necessary connection as required.

Supply and drawing of 7/14 SWG galvanised stranded wire for drawing unarmored cable (supply of cable is not included in the scope) by catenary system of wiring with 3nos. reel insulator per mtr. and binding with binding wires etc,as reqd. for drawing.

Supply and fixing straining screws of (300mm x16 mm dia) with 2 nos 200 mm long angle iron / pole clamp to be fixed on wall / pole for catenary system of wiring.

Supplying and erection of Galv, D-iron complete with suitable pole clamp 100 mm x114 mm porcelain shackle insulator & 19mm dia Glav, bolts and nuts including painting.

Dismantling steel tubular pole embedded in CC foundation incl. excavation, filling of holes, restoring surface, loading at site and delivering, unloading, sorting, stacking properly at any place as per direction upto a lead of 1.6 km.

Supplying & erection of medium size feeder piller box of size (1200mmx750mm x450mm) made up of 2mm thick MS plate along with suitable MS angle. The P.B have double hinge door at the front and back with suitable locking & louver arrangement. The box will be painted by 2 coats of aluminium paint over 1 coat of red oxide paint. Suitable arrangement should be provided for fixing of timer unit, fuse unit, & other accessories. Leg of the piller box will be 900mm in length made up of (35mmx35mm) MS angle with sutiable base plate. Legs of the piller box will be erected at 300mm below the ground level with cement concret (1:2;4).

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V 6-32A , DP MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection.(Havells or any reputed make).

Supplying and fixing 63A , 415 V Four Pole MCCB of Breaking capacity 25kA/35kA with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic / adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting in existing DBs / enclosure and necessary connection.
