EXTERNAL PERIODICAL OF CERTAIN BLDG IN OTM AND OMQ IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN TEZPUR

Materials and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on walls including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and finishing wall with two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) after application of 1.50 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only approved ISI marked integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for complete removal of exisiting treatment by mechanical means, including preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and finishing walls with two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old existing work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and directed. Colour Code will be decided by Engr-in -charge.

Materials and labour for preparation of Old decorated surface, including preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and finishing walls with one coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade and making surface good with putty as required: Old existing work (one coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) as in chajja, type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to make good the shape of chajja including necessary formwork/Shuttering etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia cut to length bent to shape as required incl cranking and binding with and incl MS wire (anealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia as in reinforcement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC over chajja type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) to make slope using WPC @3 % by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Materials and labour for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:3) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on walls including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and Finishing walls with two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) after application of 1.50 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1.50 mm thick wall care putty after complete removal of existing treatment or any type of vegetation, bushes existing on wall surface and use sand paper to prepare surface good for painting, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applyng one coat synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.
