Providing and fixing 32 mm dia G.I. Pipe railing in 3 rows complete with G.I. Fittings incl. painting of pipes with 2 or more coats of superior quality ready mixed paint including priming coat ready mixed red lead paint. For vertical posts, provide 32 mm dia pipes at every two metre interval, field welded with 10 mm plates at bottom containing drilled holes for bolting fasteners over an existing concrete base, including erection, drilling holes for dowel bolts, making it good, aligning in line, etc, with use of ‘Master Inject’ of ‘BASF’ make or equivalent as grouting material for embedding dowel bolts supporting M. S. railing, etc., all complete.

Steel work (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW steel) riveted or bolted in built up sections, trusses and framed work and including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, and in single sections using electrodes of Ador or ES4B or Deh Secheron make only, including applying a priming coat of red lead paint, cutting, transporting of existing foulding guide plates, aligning, and then welding it to the I-beam section as per drawing attached. The assembly is to be bolted with anchor bolts and base plate as in drawing with drilling, removing of dust with air blower and then inserting epoxy resin grouting of ‘Master flow 935’ of BASF make or equivalent, embedding anchor bolts, and holding it in position upright with suitable embedment depth leaving proper top thread length as per the direction of Engineer in charge, etc, all complete. a) In R.S. Joists, angles, and channels.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) (Square Hollow Section (SHS) IS 4923 /Rectangular Hollow Section (RHS) IS4923/ Circular Hollow section (CHS) IS1161 closed Structural Steel of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW ,APOLLO Steel Ltd.) make (Min Yeild Stress 310 Mpa)) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing corrugated G.I. sheet roofing, fixed with galvanized iron j or 1 hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins. b) 0.5mm thick sheet - 26G

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm over all in plain G.I. sheet fixed with galvanized iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete b) 0.63 mm thick sheet

Providing and fixing 15cm wide 45cm overall semi-circular plain G.I. sheets gutter with iron brackets 40 x 3 mm bolts nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connection with rain water pipe complete as per design. b) 0.63 mm thick sheet

Providing and fixing prefabricated compound gate of G.I pipes 32 mm diameter (medium) with 12 mm M.S. square bars of G.I pipe grill work as per drawing including providing and fixing locking arrangement, pintals, holdfasts embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 granitic or basaltic aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including applying priming coat of red oxide and painting two or more coats with superior quality steel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades as per directions complete.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) with superior quality ready mixed paint for steel work of approved brand & manufacture in all shades on new work to give an even shade.

Repairs and replacement of Electro-mechanical Brake assembly, nut bolts, and repairs by servicing of Gear box, overhauling, greasing, gear oil, motor rewinding etc. and replacement of bearing, plumer block if wherever required with same type-material, including nut bolts, complete work of dismantling and re-erection of Vertical Spillway gate having 40 Ton. capacity electrically operated wire rope drum hoist. Replacement of the damaged parts including transporatation lifts and leads etc complete as confirming to Technical Specifications 1 & 2, for Opa Barrage works.
