Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised (minium coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2),counter sunk head,comprising of 10m dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve,including drilling of hole in frame,concrete/masonry surface, etc for lighthouse Tower Hand Railing(for all heights) & as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse river sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal down size) RCC works for Lighthouse Tower (for all heights) including mixing, laying, compacting, vibrating, levelling, curing, etc all as per standard specification and as required including cost of all materials, tools & plants, labours, transportation , scaffolding and all other charges etc.complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement and shuttering.

Centering and shuttering (with shuttering oil)including strutting,propping etc and removal of form work for all heights including supply of all materials( binding wire,nails),labours,tools & plants,transportation,(lead& lift)scaffolding and all other charges etc.complete for all heights as per Instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Granite stone 12 to18 mm thick gang saw mirror polished ,premoulded and prepolished,machine cut for Lighthouse Tower Landing,Tread Riser & platforms of required size,approved shade,colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar(1:4(1 cement:4 coarse river sand),joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment,epoxy touch ups,including rubbing,curing,moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc.complete at all levels including cost of all materials,labour,tools & plants,transportation and all other charges etc., complete as per standard specification ans as per Instruction & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying (water proofing)china mosaic flooring over terrace (after removing terrace topping)using broken pieces of full white/colour glazed tiles laid over 20 mm/as per require thick cement mortar in 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand) to maintain proper slope with water proofing compound on plain or curved,slope surface to be tampered to bring mortar cement cream up to surface with using white cement for filling of joints roughening of china mosaic is done after cleaning,preparing remove loose plaster with wire brush and water and all visible crakes a routed out/making V-Shape grooveand then filled with cement and water proofing chemical with cement slurry including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying two or more coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved 1 rst quality -High Glossy -Berger/Asian brand over a coat of primer for all heights of Light House Tower to give an even shade including throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt,dust ,mortar draps and other foreign matter etc., including cost of all materials,labours,brushes,transportation,scaffolding and ladder safety measures and all other charges etc.,complete as per instruction & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying One or more coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved 1 rst quality Berger/Asian brand over existing surface of painted surface for Light House Tower and staff qtr door,window to give an even shade including throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt,dust ,mortar draps and other foreign matter etc., including cost of all materials,labours,brushes,transportation,scaffolding and ladder safety measures and all other charges etc.,complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old broken glass panels with new 3.5/4 mm thk frosted /plane window glass panes fixed with clay,pins,teakwood beading etc including removing/disposing of old crack/damaged window glass up to all heights of bldgs /Light House Tower,all as directed and all as per standard specification, including cost of all materials,labours ,tools & plants,scafolding, ,transportation (including lead & lift) etc.complete as per instruction & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying Two or more coats of weather coat Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved brand & colour of top quality (BERGER(Antidust)/ASIAN(Apex Ultima)) on new/old wall surface( including coat of primer new/old surface) at all heights to give an even shade ,all as per standard specification and as directed including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt,dust,mortar draps ,loose paint and other foreign matter including the cost of all labour,materials,scafolding,tools & plants,transporttion (including lead & lift) etc complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & Fixing broken glass panes in uniform pattern on top of existing compound wall after plaster of 20 mm or more in 1:6 (1 cement:6 river sand) for fixing glass panes(with proper finish) after removing of existing paint and hacking the top surface(before plaster) top of compound wall including curing supply of all labours,materials,scaffolding,transportation ,tools,& plants and all other charges etc complete as per instruction& direction by the Engineer-In-Charge

Applying Distemper(one or more coats) with 1rst quality acrylic distemper(Readymix)of (Asian/Berger brand)having VOC content less than 50 grams/ltr of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on old surface of staff qtrs & Lighthouse Tower for all heights including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt,dust,mortar draps and other foreign matter etc including cost of labour,materials,scaffolding,transportation etc complete. as per instruction & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing ,Laying & fixing PVC Pipes (6kg/sq.cm) of approved brand and manufacturer for rain water / sewer pipe line laid from roof of the building/kitchen/ toilet/ bathroom etc including providing necessary fixture & fittings like Tee,Shoe, Elbow, Socket,Bend (Long/Short/Shoe/Plug/plug bend,Y),PVC Cowl (wherever reuired chipping/ making of hole in walls & plugging of holes),Clamp at 1.00 m spacing,Screws (Brass),solution(excluding the cost of excavation) including the cost of all labours, materials,scafolding, tools,plants & transportation (including lead &lift) to site etc complete.for all heights.

Repairing of cracks for wall surface of Lighthouse Tower & staff Qtrs after making U/V-shape groove size of 25x25 mm and then priming the surface with integral crystalline slurry @ 0.05 kg per running meter and while the surface is tacky then filling the groove up to top edge with crystalline mortar @ 1.50 kg per running meter .Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applying two coats of integral crystalline slurry @ 0.05 kg per running meter per coat on treated surface etc complete as per instruction & direction of Engineer-In-Charge including cost of all labours,tools,plants,materials,curing etc ,complete.

Providing ,Supplying,Straightening,cutting,bending,binding and placing in position tested torr steel reinforcement/TMT bars of Grade Fe 500D of approved quality (TATA TISCON/SAIL/VIZAG)as per drawings and specification & as directed for all heights including supply of all labours,tools,materials(binding wire ,nails) etc.complete.( for staff qtrs ) etc.

Dismantling of old damaged Hand Railing of Lighthouse Tower ( Including RCC Pillars ) carefully without damaging existing structure including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unseriviceable materials with in lead of 500 m including all charges for labour,materials,tools & plants,safty measures , transportation and all other charges etc complete.as per Instruction &direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking away the scrap reinforcement from dismantled RCC structure from the site on buy back by the contractor after stacking serviceable materials as proper and as directed at site and disposal of unserviceable materials with in a lead of 100 mtrs including the cost of all labour charges ,lift & lead loading and unloading, transportation, tools & plants,weighing charges and all other charges etc., complete as per Instruction &direction of Engineer-In- Charge.
