M & L for annual servicing of Split Air conditioner cap 1.5/2.0 ton by disconnecting electric connection from its stabilizer or its electric board and remove the front cover or indoor AC unit and cleaning it with pressurized water and wire brush, refixing the front cover of indoor unit. Remove the outer cover of out door unit and covered the condensing unit with polythene/plastic cover so that water shall not be entered in the motor while cleaning the unit and filter with pressureized water then apply one coat of descaling solution and clean with wire mesh bursh/nylon brush to the condensing coil of out door unit and greasing of all moving parts. Cleaning of Cooling and condenser coil of indoor and outdoor unit shall be properly carried out without damaging other parts. Checking and making serviceable electrical connection of DBs, Stabilizer, wiring of ACs as per site condition and tightening all electrical connection Complete all as specified and directed.

Note - Replacement of defective parts with new parts shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items in the schedule.

All as per item no.10 but window type air conditioner cap 1.5/2.0 ton maintenance carried out by cleaning of cooling and condenser coil of single unit using descaling sloution, cleaning of filters using wire brush and pressurized water spray. Testing and checking of all electrical connection reassembling of unit and filters after complete servicing, and testing on completion to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: Spare required against replacement of defective parts shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule.

Material and labour for Leak testing of cooling coils attached with indoorand outdoor unit of split air conditioner uisng CO2/Nitrogen gas, arrest of leakage with brazing of copper pipe and retest again for leakage complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for descaling of complete copper condenser pipe of central AC Plant Water condenser unit, 26 TR (Twin Circuit) Make : Blue star. circulating suitable descaling compound / solution into the tube with pump, and running the pump continuously till all the scale from tube are removed including removing side covers of condenser and cleaning the copper tubes by means of nylon brushes till the complete scaling is removed and refixing of covers including replacement of rubber gasket and refixing pipe connection etc. all as specified and directed to complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for carrying out descaling work two times during currency of work. (ii) Vaccumisation of complete system for minimum 2 days for dropping of vacuum pressure & rectification of leakage if any. (iii) Charging of complete system with R - 407 gas for maintaining the system pressure up to HP - 31.9 bar & LP - 25 bar. (iv) Measure the inlet and outdoor temperature of package unit.
