Maintenance and operation of Tractor with grass cutting machine (Jungle Jim) for grass cutting in technical area at Air Field by One semi skilled jungle jim operator per shift of 8 hours each for one shift per day on all days including Sundays & Holidays for operating of Jungle jim all as directed by Engr -in -Charge Shift Timings:- (i) First shift:- 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. Note :- (a) The operator must posses a valid driving licence issued by Competent authority. He shall be well verse with day to day maintenance and up keeping of Tractor and have experience of handling grass cutting machine. (b) Daily checking Fuel, Oil, Water, Maintenance of Jungle jim to be carried out in each shift. (c) Fuel will be issued by Department and No of hours run based on the availability of runway will be recorded by Dept. (d) Operator must be available for 08 Hours to carry out the task assigned by the officials based on the requirement accordingly.

Maintenance and operation with one skilled Electrician for three shifts per day on all days including Sundays & Holidays, for power & fire fighting pump house complete with LT Panel, HT 11 KV VCB/ LBS panel AMF panel, Power factor panel, 315 KVA & 200 KVA step down Transformer, DG Set capacity 250 KVA & 125 KVA, Centrifugal pumpset 70 HP, electric driven- 3 Nos, Centrifugal pumpset 70 HP, diesel engine driven- 01 No, Centrifugal pumpset 10 HP, electric driven- 01No. (Jockey pump), Centrifugal pumpset 05 HP electric driven- 01No.(Fresh Water), Centrifugal monoblock pumpset 15 HP electric driven- 01No (OH filling) all as directed and spfd. (Location : ATC Power House, SRE power house). Shift Timings:- (i) First shift:- 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (ii) Second Shift:- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. (iii) Third shift:- 2200hrs to 0600 hrs. Note :- Operator must available with the plant to carryout the task as when arises/ issued by Air Force authorities.

Maintenance and operation with One skilled Ref Mech per shift of 8 hours each for Three shifts per day on all days including Sundays & Holidays, for package type A/C plant of capacity (3x11 TR) including Diesel Engine Driven Generating set of 100 KVA (to be operated when GESCOM supply fails). The unit comprising of : (i) Compressors, (ii) Condensing unit, (iii) Air cooled cooling coil, (iv) Air blower unit and necessary electrical and refrigerant controls including maintaining of log sheet all as directed. (Location : PAR BLDG). Shift Timings:- (i) First shift:- 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (ii) Second Shift:- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. (iii) Third Shift -2200 hrs to 0600hrs Notes for Sl item No 2 to 3 : (i) General cleanliness of power houses to be maintained. (ii) Monitor/Recording of following parameters i.e, HT voltage, Frequency, LT voltage current of panels, Eng Temp, Oil & Presure, RPM for DG Sets in Log sheets. (iii) Daily checking (Fuel, Oil, water, maintenance) of Gen Sets, Plants to be carried out in each shift. (iv) HT break down / Shut down register be maintained separately at WT Centre, HQ building & Engine test bed power house. (v) No of shifts in each installation will be as directed by Engg-in-charge/GE.
