Supplying all labour, tools, tackles etc., for removing of filled sand from the sunken slabs and disposal of the same with in the colony premises location as shown by the Engineer etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Preparing Chajjas for receiving waterproofing treatment by dismantling of brick work/fins on chajjas, removal of old treatment exposing the RCC member and the joint of chajja/Beam carefully without damaging the RCC members etc. complete , at all heights up to three floors, by observing all safety precautions for workmen as well towards public safety, disposing the debris at designated waste disposal point in the colony, with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge. Note: Irrespective of width, the chajja so prepared will be measured in Running meters - Linear measurement along the length only - for the purpose of payment.
Sealing of grooves and wide cracks with polyurethane sealant with suitable masking tape, PU sealant 40 of Dr. Fixit/SIKA/HUNTSMAN or equivalent make, as per site requirements and manufacturers specifications over prepared surfaces; by pushing in Grout in paste form and coving 20 mm x 20 mm after applying a coat of Zycosil & Zycoprime or equivalent solutions etc complete at all levels and as directed by the Engineer.
Removing damaged gola and Providing concrete gola of size 75mmx75mm on terrace along the parapet- slab junction (inside) or Chajja -Beam/wall junction in cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge) with integral water proofing agent like FOSROC 421 IC/ Mastercrete or equivalent approved by EIC as per manufacturers recommendations including cutting chase along the junction wherever feasible as directed by the Engineer, filling with concrete as above, making a slope of external face 1:0.75, finishing the exposed portion with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) gauged with water proofing compound etc. including surface preparation by hacking/chiseling by manual /mechanical means with due care, curing etc complete etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Supplying and filling of good quality river sand inside the sunken laid to slope including consolidating the same with all leads and lifts etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Chaarge.

Supplying and fixing following size uPVC UV Stabilised soil/ waste quality pipes and fittings (SWR) for soil, waste, vent, antisyphonege, HVAC waste pipe and rainwater pipe lines with Single socketed pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying uPVC UV-Stabilised Soil/ wastepipe as per IS:13592 Type A and IS:14735 Grade-B Fittings of Supreme' make (fittings will be measured as part of the line by linear measurement along the pipe line; and no separate payment is made.
