Towards the charges for conveying Horizontal Drilling Devices after loading in to container truck from Kozhikkode/Ernakulam (the nearest place where the devices are available at presnt) to work site at Muthalamada unloading the device using moving crane with out making any damage to the machine as well as to any structures or establishment belonging to Railway, making necessary temporary road at site for conveying and placing the device at exact location for drilling as directed by Railway authorities<br>, levelling site properly for setting the machine, conveying the pushing pulling device to the other side of road setting the pushing pulling device at the other end of the track up to which the casing pipe of MS 250mm diameter pipe having 20mm thick is to be pulled, starting the horizontal drilling work across the Palakkad - Pollachi Railway track at muthalamada after informing the railway authorities and doing the work in their presence so that no interruption in road traffic will occur during the course of work, including cost of casing pipe.

Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing course in single coat using crushed stone aggregates of specified size on a layer of bituminous binder (VG 30) laid on the prepared surface and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled steel roller. Grading I - 19 mm nominal chipping size
