a. Charges on account of repair GI Pipe delivery 900 bend by means of welding at site using superior quality electrodes and ensuring no leakage—01 Job b. Charges on account of repairs/modification to the Shed of Wanpora LIS by way of dismantling temporary CGI sheets on temporary wooden gathered system, preparing the surface for installation of 12x12 CGI Shed. The CGI shed is to be provided and fitted with MS angle iron posts (12 No) fabricated out of ISA 50x50x5 having 12ft-14 height as per requirement, all posts shall be suitably grouted in order to maintain suitable roof slope in the ground with M20 mix (1x1x2)ft. Each post shall be provided and fitted with suitable sized cross for grouting at bottom. The vertical posts are to be provided and fitted with horizontal members fabricated out of ISA 40x40x5 angle iron 12ft long, 4 lengths on each side with equal spacing from bottom to top by means of welding (16 No). The top of the structure is to be provided and fitted with ISA 40x40x4 angle iron 15ft long purlins by means of welding with equal spacing (6 lengths). The whole structure is to be applied with metal oxide two coats and provided/fitted with colored high rib CGI sheets on four sides and on the top 10ft long and 7ft long as per site requirement by means J hooks, nuts and washers (250kg or as per requirement). The CGI shed is to be provided and fitted with 2 No. suitable sized windows with hinging and locking arrangement for cross ventilation and 01 No. door with proper hinging and locking arrangement both inside and out. The flooring shall be laid after laying of boulders from the local nallah in the mix of M20. Inside the shed the operators bed of size 6x6 shall be fabricated out of ISA 50x50x5 angle iron and provide and fitted with 19mm ply sheets.
