Round the clock operation and maintenance of pumping stations inclusive of (3 nos pump, NR Valve, PD Valves etc.) with adequate number of technical person for each month as per requirment and direction of the E.I.C. For the period of one year. (2 Semi Skill+1 Unskill)

Checking of all the mechanical parts and preventive maintenance of all pump machinery twice in a week as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of E.I.C. For the period of One year.

Checking of all the Electrical parts and preventive maintenance of all pump machinery twice in a week including battery bank as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of E.I.C. For the period of One year.

Guarding UGR premises and pump house round the clock for 24 Hrs for each month at a strech for a period of 365 days by providing security guards well dressed with proper uniform as per instruction of EIC. 3 no Security Guards per day @8 Hrs. duty.

Supervision and look after the entire pumping station in all shift to ascertaing the over all good condition of all the electro-mechanical equipments and conveying the same to the E.I.C. or his authorized representative to carry out the instruction as necessary given by them within the sipulated time framed. (Once in a week.) For a period of One Year.

Cleaning of pump house, panel Boards, electrical equipments etc. dry clean by vaccuam cleaner and wash with soap, phynyl, duster, mop etc once in a week including supplying as required as per instruction of EIC. For the period of One Year.

Supply and delivery of Cotton Impregnated with lubricant- Hydraulic Gland Packing (Style-376), Thickness- 8.0mm, Coil Length-6 M, Make- Champion

Supply and delivery of Cotton Impregnated with lubricant- Hydraulic Gland Packing (Style-376), Thickness- 13 to 25mm, Make- Champion

Supply of grade 1 grease as per IS 507:1993

Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants,jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in- charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)

Repairing of PD Valve with hydraulic bush, nitrile rubber gasket, sheet machining of approved metal for Pump. 300mm dia.
