In this regard decision of EIC and GE will full, final and binding to contractor. (iii) Being a maintenance contract site will be handover to contractor as per complaint received from user and as per site requirement. (iv) Rates for above shall be inclusive of rates quoted by contractor against BoQ/Sch 'A'. No extra payment in this regards be made to the contractor.
