M&L for preparation of old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked / mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust/dirt. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 sqm & n exc 50mm deep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a priming coat of paving bitumen VG-10 grade at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam with 4% binder content using paving bitumen of any penetration (VG-40 Gde) by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using vibromax power roller of capacity 8 to 12 Tonne complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Consolidated thickness 50mm or less). Note :- VG-40 grade paving bitumen content beyond 4% if reqd on account of design mix shall not be paid and shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 05kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for bituminous premix semi- dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of any penetration of VG-40 grade by weight of total mix rolled and compacted with vibromax power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- VG-40 grade paving bitumen content beyond 5.5% if reqd on account of design mix shall not be paid and shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

M&L preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.0mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc, and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PMMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
