Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. including cutting chases of exsisting wall for wall taking out concealed conduit ec. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc as per existing specification after providing point wiring under respective items here-in-below complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators etc for reuse at site (Note : To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)

M & L for Point wiring for one light point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade, ISI marking drawn thorugh and in non metallic concealed PVC rigid conduit and conduit accessories, medium grade, ISI marking, concealed Frame for fixing switches, sockets, inculding one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable FRLSHS multi stranded 1100 volt grade grade as in earth wire for continuity and connecting to earth dolly for one light point controlled by one switch complete including making good the disturbed surface by Putty and matching the colour of wall with the existing colour of the wall (wash/paint/distemper) wherever required(as per the existing condition) all as specified and directed. Taking down carefully ceiling fan any sweep and any make after disconnecting the electrical connection, dismantling the blades and removing fan incl blades to the work shop including cleaning and dismantling the fan into parts and segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts including necessary machining work and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) and re-assembling the fan complete and testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection and material and labour for replacement of two nos split pins, one connection block and one rubber reel all as specified and as directed. Dismantling and taking down the existing electrical induction motor 3 Phase 415 volt of capacity upto 3 HP,935 RPM from base drive pully after disconnecting all electrical connection, striping out the motor complete for overhauling, servicing the motor winding by any hot compressed air and cleaning the winding with thinner and apply two coats of antimoisture heat resistance insulating varnish and drying up, cleaning the rotor and stator, replacement of defective parts such as bearing, terminal plate and reassembling the motor and refitting the same for smooth running of the machine (Make- crompton)( Note:spares parts for repair will be measured under separate items).

All as per item No. 174 above but capacity 30.00 HP.

Taking down motor 30 HP 415 volts, 1460 RPM after disconnecting all electrical connection nut, bolts from base plate and transportation to repair workshop and dismantling the motor stator, removing worn out copper winding, cleaning the stator and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing size and specification and vernish the same with antimoisture heat resistance including varnishing and drying up slowly and including replacement of all types insulating tape, terminal plate, cable socket etc and reassembling the same, transporting to site for refixing in existing position for smooth running.

All as per item No. 176 above but capacity upto 3 HP capacity motor complete.

Dismantling/removing of ID / FD fan motor after disconnecting all electrical connection, nut /bolts etc from its base, stripping out the motor and blower for repair/overhauling including varnish, greasing after servicing the motor winding, cleaning the rotor stator and reassembling the same and refixing it for smooth running.

Disconnecting the electric connection from Main supply and taking out the Air compressor from inside the mechanical laundry plant room and reinstalled at out side of mechanical laundry plant as per specification of manufacturer and make neccessary electric connection and compreesed air supply connection up to required Laundry equipments all as directed.

Taking out of jockey pump set from pump foundation after disconnection from motor /suction and delivery pipe and transportation to workshop dismantling the same and segregating of serviceable and unserviceable parts repairing and overhauling the pump set after replacement of defective parts and machine work and re-setting to the existing position connecting motor /all pipe line and commissioning and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation of old painted surface all as speicified and directed.(Make-Kirloskar )

Taking out of old 12.5 HP jockey induction motor of 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz from the existing position after disconnecting all electrical cable earthing and pipe line/pump connection and transportation to workshop,dismantling the motor and rewinding the same with existing guage super enamelled copper wire of approved make varnishing the same and heating properly in heat chamber, re-assembling the motor after replacement of DE/NDE bearing terminal box all rusted nut and bolts and install the same to the existing position and apply 2 coats of synthetic enamel paints after successfully repairs and testing complete up to water supply as specified and directed (MAKE -Crompton )

Supply and fixing Ionisation type smoke detector of dual chambers, dual source with 2 radio active sources, having in built LED to indicate fire indication complete with base plate 1.6 mm thick sheet steel mounting box.

Taking up water pipeline of any size any type including all fittings from trenches mild steel pipe (IS: 1239 Part-I) with flanged/socket and spigot ends including all fittings viz, forged steel screwed fittings, flanges, bends, tees, reducers, elbow, clamps, hangers etc and kept in safe custody for reuse/disposal /taking credit the same for the following bore as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and lay in trenches / fix to wall MS ERW pipe of 150 mm dia of heavy duty grade including two coat red colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including reducer, bends, elbows, union etc complete and connecting to the existing pipe line all as specified Make : JINDAL/TATA/ZENITH

M&L for scraping old paint and removal of all rust with wire brush including welding wherever required and applying one coat of red oxide on bottom of boiler chimney and applying two coat of heat resistant aluminium paint upto the top of chimney including inside portion of plant room all as specified and directed.

Supply only Aluminium Seven step ladder with PVC rubber shoes with each step of minimum 1 feet height in two support system with loading capacity minimum 150 kg complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. General Notes Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embossed with contractor's firm name while carrying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date.
