REPAIR TO PARKING SHED, PARKING TILES, PCC FLOORING, APPROACH PATHS WITH CONNECTED B AND R WORKS UNDER AGE B AND R-I AT AF STN JODHPUR

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/ semi corrugated, etc.) CGI/ AC/ fibre glass sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement/ lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material to a distance exc. 250 m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) n. exc. 0.5 cum each and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earh around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base floor/ floors and paving etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base for tiles in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates), finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber moulded machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS : 15658-2006 of size 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, shape and colour as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 to 12mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant, matt finished coloured tiles (square/ rectangular) of size not less than 300mm x 300mm as in parking/ hardstanding etc. including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/ shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in kerb solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone jalli of 35-40mm thick in any size and in side shape with asthetic view excluding pillars, including demolition of old jalli and thrown out of MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing sand stone pillars with asthetic view in two sides as approved by Engineer-in-Charge to fix stone jali of 35-40mm thick, size not less than 0.10m x 0.10m x 0.90m, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregeates) as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), set in CM (1:6) including all mouldings but excluding frame work and demolition and removal of old material outside of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregeates) as in pillars with jafari of size not less than 0.10m x 0.10m x 0.90m with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint, over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered, framework of water tanks, manhole cover frame work and similar work conforming to Fe 290, grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of boardings of any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, of any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (600mm x 600mm) for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 8mm thick exposed metal frame ceiling with fire retardant calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mm x 600mm grid (frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or tinted over a coat of white putty in patches as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc. laid and bedded in any mortor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite of 18mm to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble over and including 20mm screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rounding/ chamfering to edge of stone slab like granite, marble, kota stone etc to required shape and design including grinding and polishing to obtain required finish complete all as specified and directed.
