Designing, fabrication, supply, commissioning & testing of factory made indoor type, CPRI approved AMF Panel with By-pass panel suitable for 400 KVA DG set (with 12V DC control system) as per following specifications :- Micro processor based integral AMF Panel with by-pass panel, indoor type, CPRI type, CPRI approved, fabricated out of 16 SWG, CRCA sheet, undergone 7 tank process with powdeer coating, cubicle, compartmentalized, free standing, floor mounted, dust and vermin proof, removable gland plate, provision for cable entry from bottom, door lock with panel key, reinforcement of suitable size angle iron channel, galvanised hardware with Zinc passivation, 'T" sections whereever necessary, including bottom channel supports, etc, fully meeting all requirements specified in state electrical inspectorate specifications. Panel assembly generally confirm to IS 8623 and built with the following items;-.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point / nuetral/body/ Lt panel etc. and testing on completion, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour as in repair for earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed with poles or any other indicated sitution for loop earthing etc as required using galvanised iron strip of size 32 X 6 mm including neccery drilling works, jointing, etc complete all as directed by the engr-in-charge

Supply and laying in trenches/passing through pipe/fixing in walls,1100 volts grade heavy duty LT cable with XLPE insulated Aluminium stranded coductor served with an inner sheating of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheated cross section area 240 Sqmm 3.5 core and testing connecting complete. (Note - Cable shall be laid 2 run in one trenche. Each run shall be measured and paid seprately .)

Excavation in trenches ANY TYPE OF (soft & hard or mix or one of the ) soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated soil/sand/unseviceable LT Cable for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge..

Sand cushioning and covering of UG cable using crushed metal sand in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge..

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard /loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for common burnt clay building bricks sub-class 'B' designation of size 230X110X75mm laid closly in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed on walls/poles GI tubing medium grade with all fittings of 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-In-Charge

Supply , Laying & testing XLPE insulated galvanised steel strip or wire armoured elctric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 V grade of size 16sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing concrete/metal/ bituminous road/PCC hard standing or tile walk way any type n.exc 45 cm width and n.exc 30 cm in depth in hard strata and making good disturbed surfaces,as per the existing with PCC(1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick over returning filling, watering ,ramming in layers ,disposal of surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in MCCB, 4 pole 63 Amp, 16 KA complet all as specified and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure suitable for MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole, 16 KA, 415 V complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge
