SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION)

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular pole of single pole structure, 8.5/9 metre height including cross arms by cleaning old rusted paint by scrapper and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including marking of pole No with white paint on black paint background with all necessery arrangement for ladder complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 01 above but for Two pole sturcture complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 01 above but for Four pole sturcture complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular pole(LT) by cleaning old rusted paint by scrapper and painting of bottom portion of pole upto 0.75m from top of the copping with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of AF colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fluorescent retro-reflective tape of minimum with 50mm, high grade quality of Yellow/Red colour fixed to steel tubular pole after cleaning of the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Make: 3M or eqiuvalent as approved by AGE(I).

Taking down of existing steel tubular/PCC pole (LT) with all clamps/brackets/disc/overhead accessories etc and kept in safe place for reusing of serviceable pole and accessories including demolition of the foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only old steel tubular LT pole obtained vide item No 6 here-in-before at new location complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work and PCC works shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling/Taking down of over head ACSR conductor of any size and kept in safe custody for reuse/ removing unserviceabe conductor from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable earth wire or distributor span complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable cross arms complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cross arms, bracing, support, clamps etc made out of mild steel channel or angle section of required size and shape including clamp, back plate with bolts, nuts & washers drilled for insulator bolts, welding bending cold or hot in any shape or size including all fixing arrangement on LT over head line and painted with two coats of synthetic enemel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Restraining and refixing of old serviceable ACSR conductor obtained vide item No 12 above of any size including maintaing proper span, sag etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and straightning of Galvanized steel wire of 4mm dia on over head line 9.0m pole maintaining proper sag as per IE rule complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of unserviceable insulators of any type and size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pin type, porcelain, vitreous white, brown, green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut 100mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous white, brown, green insulator of size 75 mm height, 90 mm dia including galvanized mild steel straps of size 31mm x 3mm, washers, insulator bolts (12mm dia), washers and nuts for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-I with stay rod of 20mm dia complete including loop type insulator & stay clamps (excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain white, brown or green, small size, with overall dimension 65mm x 90mm and clearance of hole 16 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair IP 66/67 thermoplastic-polycarbonate cable junction box of size 205X255X112mm with 5 pole terminal which is totally shock proof, water proof, halogen free, silica and having internally embedded gasket technology fixing on pole / surface / frame with the help of Two nos of GI calmp of size 25X4mm complete all as specified and directed. Make: Hensel/SHENEIDER/RITTEL

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole / stay, or cable trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 20 above but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3 metre all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as directed. Note: Punned down thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured for payment.

Material & Labour for sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in repair outdoor type factory made CPRI approved LT Junction Box of size 800mm x 500mm x 400mm made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly supported with mild steel angle iron of size 25x25x5 mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron of size 25x5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable single hinge door shutter with locking arrangement and powder coated finished surfaces both internal and external steel surfaces after necessery preparation including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation of size 700mm (L) x 600mm (B) x 600mm (D) (300 mm shall be under GL) and connections of all outgoing /incoming existing cable of any size including the following fittment accessories complete :- (a) Aluminium busbar of size 40 x 6 mm, 380mm long wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with bruss nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends - 04 Nos. (b) Outgoing MCCB 160 Amp, 36KA, 04 Pole - 01 No (c) Enamelled iron danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 200mm x 150mm, white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with nuts and bolts on door/shutter of Junction Box for LT - 01 No Note: Rate for necessery excavation, earthwork, formwork etc required for the above item shall be deemed to be inclusive of the quoted unit rate.

Taking out / down unserviceable LT UG cable from existing trenches/duct/ poles of any cross sectional area including disconnecting, PCC covers, GI Pipe etc. of any descriptions, segregation of serviceable materials viz PCC cable cover/Bricks, GI Pipes, LT cables etc. and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as directed NOTE : (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items (ii) Serviceable cable covers, cables and GI pipes shall be kept aside for re-use

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured underground heavy duty electric power cable with standard aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ duct/ on pole including all necessary fixing arrangement such as lugs, glands end termination etc including taking out old unserviceable cable alongwith bricks and stacking aside complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Excavation, earth work, bricks & sand cushioning shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 50 mm bore GI pipe, complete all as directed. Note: GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping of pole including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation of pole/stay and filling of mass concrete including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair M.S bracket made out of 40mm bore GI Pipe medium grade, bend at 120 degree angle, 1.50 mtr long including clamp of flate iron 40mm x 6mm thick, nut, bolt & washers for fixing street light fittings to pole / wall and painted with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrodes of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized strip of size 32 x 6 mm earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore ( light grade) for poles/lightening arrestors/GO Switch/ transformer/panel including connection to HT overhead lines all as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 55x55x15 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm diameter MS bar finnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
