Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Air Cooled Package type Air Conditioners of capacity 11 TR, 3 Phase, 50 Hz comprising of indoor & outdoor unit fitted 2x5.5 TR Hermetically sealed Scroll Compressor with microprocessor based control, blower, safety controls with manual reset for HP/ LP, pressure gauge, aluminium tinned copper cooling coils, refrigeration controls, expansion valves, LP/HP cut out cooling thermostat, other controls as recommended by the manufacturers for the operation of the plant including charging of suitable refrigerant complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for copper tubing for liquid line of size 12.7 mm from indoor unit to outdoor unit including suitable insulation including taking down the old copper piping complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for copper tubing for suction line of size 15.8 mm from indoor unit to outdoor unit including suitable insulation including taking down the old copper piping complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC Insulated, PVC Sheathed, Multistranded flexible copper cable 5 Core 4 Sqmm, ISI Marked, 1100 volts Grade and connecting to the unit along with necessary fixing materials including taking down the old cable complete all a specified and as directed.

S&F PVC Insulated, PVC Sheathed, Multistranded flexible copper cable 3 Core 2.5 Sqmm, ISI Marked, 1100 volts Grade and connecting to the unit along with necessary fixing materials including taking down the old cable complete all a specified and as directed.

Supply and installation, testing and commissioning Acoustic insulation of supply air ducting with 19mm thick closed cell electrometric nitrle rubber with density minimum 43kg/m3, anti - microbial with EPA approved and fire performance to pass, class - 1 as per BS 476 part-7 and class O as per BS 476 part 6 and use recommended adhesives/SR 505 grade Fevicol and covered with 7mm thick chemically treated woven glass cloth having density 205+/- 10gram / sqm and affixed using synthetic contact adhesive of approved make and covered with 24G aluminium cladding for all exposed ducts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Installation of Thermal insulation of air ducting with with 15 mm thick Open cell Nitrile rubber Insulation of density minimum 43kg/m3, anti- microbial with EPA approved and fire performance to pass and suffixed using synthetic contact adhesive of approved make, complete all as per specifications and approved drawings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of AC supply and return air grills 2’x2’ with diffuser powder coated along with dampers including taking down the old grills complete all a specified and as directed.

Supply and installation, Testing and balancing of Air distribution system consists of factory fabricated as per IS-655 galvanised iron sheet zinc coating 120 grade as per IS-277 metal ducting with TDF flanges complete with 4.0 mm thick self adhesive neoprene rubber gasket, stiffeners, elbows , splitters , vanes, bolts, nuts and including provision of mild steel angle iron frames for fixing of ducts, supports duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:

Description all as per Ser Item No 10 above but 20 gauge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches / fixed to walls / poles etc and commissioning LT XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade armoured under ground cable with aluminium conductor of 3.5 Core 70 Sqmm including taking down of old cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out as I soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavted material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n exc 1.5 m above the staring point as soil complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning (dry sand) to under ground cable for cable protection in layers of 23cm thick ( 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable) in trenches complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Only puned layers shall be measured.

Supply and laying unreinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm for cable protection including taking down of old cable cover complete all as specified.

M & L for perforated cable tray of size 250 mm x 50 mm (WXH) of suitable length industrial type open slot cable reaceway special , cable management chgannel cord track to hide cable wire for run electric cable to further distribute with panel for necessary cable protection. Cable tray should be made out of min 2 mm thick rolled sheet should be fabricated and fabrication process shall include pressing, punching , slotting , drilling , welding extra including taking down existing cable tray specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Dismantling the earth chamber, Excavation and removing the u/s earthing materials along with u/s earth electrodes from the existing u/s earth pits and M&L for Earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried ndirectly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not lesss than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with copper strip 20 x 3 mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and excavation & earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B using (20 mm graded stone aggregate ), mild steel frame made out ange iron of size 40 mm x 40mm x 3mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetioc enamal paint with two coats of synthetic enamal paints over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mm thicks CI cover with handle, watering arrengement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20mm dia medium grade pipe for watering, 40mm dia light grade GI pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layer of charcoal dust and comman salt complete all as shown in electrical plat no. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion as directed. Note:- The earth resistance shall be not less than 5Ω, in case of resistance beyond the specified limit, the contractor shall provide additional earthing in parallel with the existing without any additional cost.

M&L for earth continuity conductor of size 20x3 mm copper strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation including taking down of old copper strip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling and transportation of the existing package AC Plant of capacity 3x11 TR and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed.
