Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material (soil) exceeding 50m but nexc 250m and deposition where dircted at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation to formation surface in cutting or in embanlment using power roller 8 to 12 tonne including watering, filling in depression which occur during rolling, complete all as specified.

Soling (or sub base) 150 mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified.

150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layer of 75mm thick (compacted thickness & each layer to be rolled & consolidated separately), with lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite coarse aggregate of grading 2(63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface laying bituminous premix carpet 40mm consolidated thickness, with 0.54 cu.m. of stone chippings mixed with 29.2 kg of binder, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and applying premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Continuous brick edging with width equal to the width of brick of sub class B, old size brick (crushing strength 75 Kg/Sqm) laid dry on ends vertically including necessary excavation and earth works and tamping ground around brick in any type of soil and removal of surplus soil etc to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.
