Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide & n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundations, sewage lines etc and n.exc 10 Sqm on plan for manholes and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5 m but n.exc 3.00 M in hard/dense soil

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but depth exc 3.00 m but n.exc 4.50 M in hard/dense soil

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but depth exc 4.5 m but n.exc 6.00 M in hard/dense soil

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm depth as in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m from starting point.

Demolition and breaking up any sewage drain pipe not exceeding 150mm bore dia set in cement mortar including haunching and bedding as directed by EIC.

All as per above item No 7 here-in-before but for pipe exc. 200mm dia

All as per above item No 7 here-in-before but for pipe exc. 300mm dia

M&L for cement concrete bedding and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid to 150mm bore drain pipes in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) laid to falls including packing under, and tested, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Pipe shall be measured and paid separately).as in repairs.

S&F DWCPE (SN8) pipes, nominal dia 150 mm laid in trenches for sewer network, fixed and jointed with integral socket or coupler and EPDM sealing ring (depending on pipe ends) as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning of Sewage manholes etc by removing accumulated sludge, silt and waste material including sludge water and removing to a distance out side of MOD land and depositing at a approved yard fixed by Defence/Local state authority with closed sewage containers by manually (Pumping/ removal of floating materials as required and work in foul places is included).The rates are deemed to be included for neccessary safety equipments, tools and plants, complete all as specified and directed by EIC. NOTE : Measurment will be as measured at site i,e volume as calculated with actual dimensions before cleaning and after cleaning of sludge/solid materials as available (Pumping/ removal of floating materials as required and work in foul places is included).The rates are deemed to be included for neccessary safety equipments, tools and plants, all as specified and directed NOTE : Rates quoted be deemed inclusive of closing drain/pipe/manholes with gunny bags etc to stop incoming sewage during cleaning.

Cleaning of Chocked Sewage lines mechanically using necessary tools/auger/jetting machine etc as essential and taking out accumulated sludge and all foreign material from adjoining manhole complete including pumping/ removal of floating materials as required and work in foul places etc.The rates are deemed to be included for neccessary safety equipments, tools and plants, and removing the same to a distance outside of MOD land and depositing at a approved yard fixed by Defence/Local state authority with closed sewage containers complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (for manhole) all as specified and directed as in repairs.

M & L Pre-cast cement concrete block type C 1 ,1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate ) kurb with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:6) completed as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, stone or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster including removal of rubbish, etc complete all a specified.

M&L for Rendering in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick on brick walls or concrete finished even and smooth, (without using extra cement) as external surfaces of manholes as in repairs all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for cement concete (unreinforced) and all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation , filling and mass concrete .

S & Fixed in repair Salt-glazed stoneware gully traps, square or round mouthed, tvpe 'P' size of gully trap is 150x100 mm.

S & Fixed in repair Cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles

Cutting holes into brick walls built, in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar or walls of lime concrete Exc 150 sq. cm but n exc 400 sq cm.

Demolition for reinforcement cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs including necessary form work etc for manholes covers set in CM 1:4 (reinforcement measured seperately)

M&L for TMT bars 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including bending and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete.

S & Fixed MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required for handles of manhole cover slab and manhole steps .

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:3 with WPC on vertical sides of sunken floor incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.

M&L PCC 50 mm thick type A0 1:1.5:3 M20 (Nominal mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC on bottom of sunken floor complete all as specified.

M&L Cleaning vertical and horizontal surfaces of sunken slab using wire brushing followed by sanding with emery paper for loose materials/dust and applying two coats of epoxy resin component (Dr. Fixit DAMPGUARD or equivalent) solution/mix using nylon brush pouring Base part in appropriate container followed by the Hardner part and mix thoroughly to attain homogeneous smooth paste and dilute the mixed compound with water in ratio 1 part Base: 1 part Hardner: 1 part water by slow addition and mix thoroughly until a brushable consistency is obtained, first coat will be allowed to dry for 6 to 8 hrs before application of second/final coat) incl curing treated surface for 24 hrs complete incl applying evenly a coat of blown bitumen @ 1.5kg/sqm over entire treated surfaces incl spout holes complete and all as specified as per manufacturer instruction.

M&L filling PCC type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggr) as in sunken floor after applying appropriate treatment to side walls complete.

S & Fixed in repairs Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe)

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic colured tiles 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointd in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.
