Removing white wash / colour wash by scraping of wall surface by using scrapers / wire brushes / sand paper to remove scales, dusts etc., preparing the surface smooth, necessary repair to scratches, including cost of labours, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per the specifications and directions of MIC.

Providing and applying two or more coats of white wash of Maruti Gold brand on old work with lime thoroughly slacked on the spot, mixed and stirred with sufficient water to make a thin cream which shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hrs and then shall be screened through a clean coarse cloth and adding further ingredient in a proportion of 1kg lime : 20 gm gum (sirisa) : 3 grm Indigo (Neel) : 5 ltr of water to give an even shade, including cost of labours, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per the sepcifications and the directions of MIC.

Removing dry or washable distemper, cement paint by scrapping of wall surface using scrapers / wire brushes / sand paper to remove scales, dusts etc. preparing the surface smooth by filling surface imperfections such as holes, dents, cracks etc.by approved crack filling material all complete including cost of material, labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per the specifications and directions of MIC.

Providing and applying two or more coats of 1st quality Acrylic washable distemper,Tractor brand of Asian paints Ltd. or Equivalent paint of Berger/ICI paints of approved shade (if required existing colour shade may be changed with a different colour) on old work to give an even shade, including cost of labours, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per the specifications and directions of MIC.

Providing and applying two or more coats of 1st quality interior plastic Emulsion paint i.e Royal Shyne of Asian paint or equivalent paint of Berger/ ICI paints. of approved shade (if required existing colour shade may be changed with different colour) on old work to give an even shade, including cost of labours, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per the specifications and directions of MIC.

Supplying and applying Wall putty of Asian paints or equivalent with 2mm thickness over the surface of the wall to prepare the surface even and smooth including cost of labours, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per the specifications and directions of MIC.

Supplying and applying one coat of primer Deco Prime Solvent thinable of Asian Paint Ltd or equivalent over the surface of the wall including cost of labours, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per the specifications and directions of MIC.

Preparation of wall surface for exterior paint by scrapping, wire brushing, cleaning the loose paint, dust or grease, growth of moss, fungus, algae, removal of vegetation from wall joints parapet etc. and preparing the surface smooth by filling surface imperfections such as holes, dents, cracks etc. by using mixture of white cement and fine sand in the ratio of 1:3 and applying exterior wall putty of Asian paint Ltd. for minor unevenness as per manufacturer specifications and including cost of labours, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per specifications and directions of MIC.

Repair of damaged plaster in patches for height upto 5.00mtr including cutting or chipping the damaged plaster, chipping the cracks, applying bonding agent (Sika Latex,Berger advanced Latex plus), Recron fiber and plastering the surface with cement mortar 1:4, disposal of rubbish within 50 mtr. lead including cost of labour, tools & tackles, scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per specifications and directions of MIC.

Repair of damaged plaster in patches for height from 5.00 mtr to 15 mtr including cutting or chipping the damaged plaster, chipping the cracks, applying bonding agent (Sika Latex,Berger advanced Latex plus), Recron fiber and plastering the surface with cement mortar 1:4, disposal of rubbish within 50 mtr. lead including cost of labour, tools & tackles, scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per specifications and directions of MIC.

Snow cem India Ltd or equivalent of approved shade (if required existing colour shade may be changed with a different one) on old work on the clean washed surface including cost of labours, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per the specifications and directions of MIC.

Supplying and applying two or more coats of Exterior plastic emulsion paint APEX ULTIMA of Asian paint/ Weather coat All Guard of Berger/ Weather Shieled Max of ICI paints any approved shade to exterior surface prepared for height up to 15.00mtr including cost of labours, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc. complete for all heights up to 15.0 mtrs as per the manufacturer specifications and directions of MIC.

Supplying and applying two or more coats of Exterior plastic emulsion paint APEX ULTIMA of Asian paint/ Weather coat All Guard of Berger/ Weather Shieled Max of ICI paints any approved shade to exterior surface prepared for height above 15.00mtr grom GL including cost of labours, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc. complete for all heights above 15.0 mtrs as per the manufacturer specifications and directions of MIC.

Providing and applying two or more coats of Apcolite Premium Gloss Synthetic enamel paints of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent paint of approved shade (if required existing colour shade may be changed with different colour) on old work to give an even shade, including cleaning the dust, rust, dirt, scales, smoke etc. sand papering, filling up holes and depressions etc. with approved quality putty for wood / steel including necessary scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per the specifications and directions of MIC.

Painting (two or more coats) on rain water, soil, waste and vent pipes including fittings with black anti corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacturer on old work including cleaning the existing surface by scraping with wire brush/ sand paper and necessary scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per the specifications & directions of MIC.

Supplying and applying two coats of Exterior primer water thinable of Asian Paint or equivalent over the surface of the wall including cost of labours, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc. complete for all heights as per the specifications and directions of MIC.

Providing & applying Dampshield 2K of berger paint,Asian paints including,scafolding prepartion of surface all complete as per specifications and directions of MIC.
