Supply of pair of Unidirectional, alternate flashing, elevated high intensity LED Runway Guard Lights fitting on common central assembly and complete with optic lens, LMS Dual switching device, power converter, visor, two pins secondary lead centre column assembly, breakable coupling, base plate, gaskets SS bolts etc., and all other accessories as required conforming to ICAO/FAA and technical specifications. The fixture shall be suitable for use at Taxiway / runway intersection for day-night operation and operate on 6.6 Amp series circuit etc. complete as required.

Supply of Elevated type high intensity uni-directional Threshold light fittings (Green) suitable for use with halogen type lamp, complete with lens, support mechanism, lens clamping mechanism, gaskets, two pin secondary leads, suitable base to fix on the existing CI Box, 200W halogen lamp and required accessories etc. and conforming to ICAO requirements as required.

Supply of Elevated type high intensity uni-directional End light fittings (Red) suitable for use with halogen type lamp, complete with lens, support mechanism, lens clamping mechanism, gaskets, two pin secondary leads, suitable base to fix on the existing CI Box, 200W halogen lamp and required accessories etc. and conforming to ICAO requirements as required.

Supply of Elevated type High Intensity runway edge light fitting (Clear / Clear) complete with all accessories including 200W, 6.6A halogen lamp, lens/filter with clamping mechanism, 2-pin lamp holder, central column assembly, breakable coupling, gaskets, 2-pin secondary lead plugs, base plate with 6 Nos. stainless steel M-10 bolts and other accessories conforming to ICAO requirements complete as required.

Supply of Inset type high intensity bi-directional Runway Edge light fittings (Clear / Yellow) suitable for use with halogen type lamp, complete with lens, support mechanism, lens clamping mechanism, gaskets, two pin secondary leads, suitable base for bottom hole entry, 200W halogen lamp and required accessories etc. and conforming to ICAO requirements complete as required.

Supply of Elevated type Medium Intensity LED type Turnpad edge Light fitting frangible body, breakable coupling, gaskets, 2-pin secondary lead plugs, base plate with 6 Nos. Stainless steel M-10 bolts, spring and plain washers including 15W LED suitable to work 6.6A, omni directional blue lens and other accessories etc. and conforming to ICAO requirements complete as required.

Supply of CI Transformer Housing Box, Round Shape of outside dia 330mm Height 450 mm made of 10mm thick all round except on Top Surface which is 15mm thick having a clear opening of 220mm at the Top Surface and 6Nos. M10 Tapped Holes at the hole centre of 220mm to receive light fittings base plate and bolts. The box shall have two clear hole onside surface. Centre at 75mm above bottom suitable to receive 50mm dia B class GI/HDFE pipe and check nuts and also have a clear hole side. Centre at 175mm above bottom suitable to receive 15mm dia B Class GI Pipes and check nuts. The box shall have two earth bolts of M 10 X 30 mm inside near the hole (100mm above bottom surface) and a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 1/2" dia., B Class GI Pipe as required - Double entry.

Supply of 200 Watt 6.6/6.6 Amps 5KV grade 50Hz isolating transformer series type encapsulated in polyster resin finally moulded in neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connections as specified in particular specifications as required.

Supply of 5KV grade plug and receptacle of type I class "B" connector suitable for field attachment with 5KV grade PVC insulated sheathed single core 6 Sq.mm copper conductor cable as per ICAO/CAR compliance and complete as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade, TWO CORE 25 Sq.mm Armoured Airfield Lighting Cable with Stranded Aluminium Conductor, XLPE/PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed confirming toIS:7098/PT-II or IS:1554/PT-II with up to date amendment as required.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade, 2Core, 2.5Sq.mm size, Flexible Secondary lead airfield lighting cable with Multistrand Annealed Tined Copper conductor (Class-5), specailized EPR insulated, Colour (Red& Black) cores laid up & specialized PCP/TPE sheathed conforming to relevant standards as required.

Supply of following size XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to relevant IS 7098 (Part-1) with upto date amendments.

The top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 10" long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with checknuts for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and re-filling (wherever the transformer are in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centers fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required.

Providing and Fixing of top cover plate made with 5mm thick MS Sheet suitable for existing 330mm dia CI transformer housing box with 6 Nos. Stainless steel M-10 bolts, spring and plain washers including providing and fixing of rubber gasket, painting etc. complete as required.

Groove cutting on PCC/bitumin asphalt of suitable width and depth up to 100mm suitable for laying 50mm / 25mm dia GI pipe including refilling the groove with C.C/Redrox or suitable material, making good finish etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of elevated type, high intensity runway edge light / Guard light fixtures on runway / taxiway. The fitting installed with 150mm Cl Adaptor / collar box including core cutting of PQC making the connections of Isolating Transformer, Light fixtures and other accessories including alignment, levelling and making secondary lead connections to transformer & fittings earth connections etc. complete as required. Making field connections by crimping 6 Sq.mm plug and receptacle with the existing 6 Sq.mm Single core copper conductor, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable including filling with gap with water sealant material, applying PVC insulation tape over HT tape insulation etc. as required.

Modification/Augmentation of existing ALCMS system including integration of new CCRS and adding minimum of 10nos CCRs in existing ALCMS system by providing 01 No. of PLC, 2Nos. of I/O module and suitable number Relay interface card, suitable rated SMPS units and making modifications to the mimic diagram, if any and complete as required.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of internally illuminated LED based Mandatory / Information /Location/VOR check point Runway / Taxiway guidance signage of various sizes made out of 4mm thick glare free poly carbonate sheet at front and body made out of 2.0mm thick powder coated aluminum profile having minimum width of 150mm and supported at back by 50mm dia (Nominal size) die cast aluminum / GI pipe at a separation as required, and frangible coupling as required. Light source shall be high luminous, long life typical 50,000 Hrs type, 0.5 Watts LED's assembled on alluminum PCB of size 700mm X 20mm and having 11 LED’s per PCB for boards having height 800mm & 500mm X 20mm PCB having 8 LED’s per PCB for board having height 600mm respectively. The thickness of the alluminum PCB should be 2mm in order to ensure proper heat dissipation. These alluminum PCB’s should be placed not more than 160mm apart across the length of the board in order to ensure uniform distribution of light across the board. Each board having length from 800mm up to 3000mm should be illuminated by a single converter & by using single isolating transformer of suitable wattage in order to save the capital cost of multiple isolating transformers. Signage shall be suitable for operation on series circuit at variable current from 2.8Amp - 6.6Amp and will give constant brightness for all current variation. All the signage shall have letters and symbols made by computerized cutting of vinyl and pasting on the polycarbonate sheet from inside/outside of the sign face of required color as per ICAO specifications.

Supply of new 4 mm thick UV protected clear poly carbonate sheet with required inscription / vinyl film pasted on inside surface of poly carbonate sheet to enhance durability (life) with double side foam tape for fixing sheet with frame complete as required. (For VOR Check point signage)

Dismantling, trans-installation, testing and commissioning of existing frangible & illuminated type wind direction indicator including Providing and laying suitable cement concrete foundation, with supply and fixing of M24 Foundation bolts and nuts for installation of 5 Mtr height FRP frangible WDI as per OEM recommendations and making necessary power connections and complete as required.

Supply and installation of cable junction box (Make: Hensel Catalog No. DK 5054G) of IP 66 with metric knockouts and with terminals for cable entry, supply and fixing of 2 pole 20A MCB, C-series in the existing box including Supply and making end termination of 2Cx16Sq.mm cables (In and Out), supply and suitable size FRP Channel for mounting Cable junction box and grouting in the ground etc., complete as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
