DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, all as spd and directed

M & L for Cement Concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as specified.

M&L for PCC 100 mm thick 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors, footings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-20 as in foundation, including raft, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC M-20 as in columns, pillars, piers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC M-20 as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Use & waste of form work to sides and soffits of roof beams, lintels level shelves incl supports over hang etc rough finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for steel work as in tubular truss incl special shaped washer etc complete using erw or induction butt weld ed tubes confirming to IS complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plates (plain or chequered) channels Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality B. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour (as approved by GE) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

S & F machine pressed pre painted rubber moulded coloured precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape with gray cement and pigment and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 16-18 mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15 mm thick screed bed of CM (1:6) complte all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Wire netting of galvanised steel wire 3.15 mm dia ( size 25 mm x 25 mm) fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples all as spd and directed
