Supply of STP CAT-6 cable.Cable should be compliant with latest EIA/TIA-568-B. 2-1 standard with fire retardant as per IEC/EN60332-1. As per technical specification attached as Annexure-1. Inspection- Consignee.

Supply of 6 Fiber armoured mono mode optical fiber cable. As per technical specification attached as Annexure-1. Inspection- Consignee.

Supply of power cable 3 Core copperx(PVC insulated flexible 3 core x 2.5 sq mm multi strand power cables should conform to specification no. IS: 694:1990 reaffirmed 1995 or latest.) Make: Delton /Finolex or better. Inspection- Consignee.

Fixing of GI pipe of sizes as given below for entry of cables on bridges/ culverts/drains approaches or at places as adviced by the site incharge of Railways. The GI pipe should be tightly 22 clamped with suitable clamp as per instruction of Railway site engineer. Proper bricks channel and concreting (1:2:4) is require to be made for cases of requirment of site over GI pipe by a layer of 100 mm and extending by 60 mm. dia /80 mm dia PVC/HDPE pipe on either side minimum by 01 mtr. The rate is given for fixing of one GI pipe including supply of GI pipe, PVC/HDPE pipe and other materials required for execution. (i) 50 mm dia. Note - GI pipe 50/70 mm. dia Grade medium as per IS : 1239 Pt. 1 1979 (70 mm dia grade medium as per IS 1239 Pt. 1 1979) and flexible PVC/HDPE pipe 60/80 mm. dia with clamps, bricks and the materials for concreting and fixing the pipe are to be supplied by the contractor at site after inspection by the rep. of Railway. Supply and laying of HDPE Pipe / Telecom duct (Outer dia 40 mm) as per generic 26 requirement No. G/COS-08/01 DEC'99 or latest at a depth of 1.0 metre in all kind of soils. This includes transportation of HDPE pipe / Telecom duct to the site. Execution of work as instruction of site engineer. (Inspection - RITES)

Supply and installation of Joint enclosure and making of straight through joints including splicing and making Pit of size 1.2 metre (depth) and 1.2 metre dia in all type of soil in the 27 section, back filling the pit after jointing and coilling of 10 metres OFC cable (as reserve / spare). Provision of bricks walling around the sides and bottom of the pit with 1:6 plaster covering the pit with RCC slab, back filling with earth after ramming as per drawing. Supply and Installation of fiber distribution frame 19" rack mounted as per 28 specification no. IRS:TC:81-2000 (Part-D) or 48 fibers (24 fibers from each side) including supply of all pig tail / patch cord / FCFC adopter. Execution of work as instruction of site engineer. Inspection - RITES

Supply and fixing of PVC Casing and caping of 50 mm x 50 mm x I.5 mm thickness 31 with cover on wall/Roof/Partition etc as per IS 14927 Part 1 or latest (All the miscellaneous materials required for fixing to be supplied by the contractor). Supply and erection of 15 feet GI pipe of 4'' dia of medium quality ISI No 1230 (part 1) 1990.Having iron base plate 10mm thick 30cm x 30cm weild at the bottom of the pipe with 4 supports of iron bars of size 10mm dia. The 3 feet pipe shall be burried in the ground and 12 feet shall be above the ground. The work includes digging of pit on platform, laying of cable, erection of pole, filling the pit with 1:3:4 cement, concrete and sand. Final plastering should be done on the surface. The iron bracket on the top of the pole shall be provided for the fixing of CCTV camera and junction box/6U outdoor cabinate etc.(Necessary fixing and other materials required for fixing should be brone by the contractor). "Digging trench 1.0 Mtr deep & 0.3 Mtr wide in all kind of soil , dully clearing any 33 roots, plants etc. The trench should be straight and parallel to track as per RE specification. . If the depth of the trench not uniform in a span of 100 Mtr of shortest length and site condition demands along the cable run, minimum depth will be taken for that particular stretch for payment. Laying of OFC through HDPE pipe / Telecom duct by blowing of OFC as per procedure and practise in Railway and advised by site engineer.

Blowing/ Drawing/ Laying of 6-F OFC/ Power Cable / CAT-6 cable in trenches / GI pipe/ 36 through HDPE pipe on ground or on wall for connecting/ interfacing various components for system integration of CCTV surveillance system and others. This includes supply and installation of Fibre management system (wherever required), splicing, and termination of the fibres. Execution of work as instruction of site engineer.

Cutting of platform surface (Tile/Slab) for a depth of 25cm and a width of 10cms and 37 refilling /Reconditioning/ Concreting /Repairing the platform after laying HDPE/PVC pipe and cable. Cutting should be done with marble cutting machine in proper manner and restore the same as before in such a manner that aesthetic of the platform is not disturbed. Excavation, trenching, earth work and reinstatement of track while track crossing. Execution of work as instruction of site engineer.

Cable Crossing Rly. Track / Road by boring hole at a depth of 1 meter by using one no. 100 mm dia G.I pipe (medium grade) with accessories. G.I pipe with accessories will be supplied by contractor.Execution of work as instruction of site engineer.

Transportation of HDT machine with accessories including handling of stores materials, preparation of site and boring of 110mm dia and placing HDPE pipe of size 63 to 40mm in single / double / triple etc required for crossing/ laying of Railway cables in a combination of quad & signalling cables etc. as per required comprising maximum 72 cores in any HDD section on land /bridges / culverts / track / pucca road crossing and blowing / pulling of Quad / Signalling cables etc. within HDPE pipe. Boring of trench shall be minimum 1(one) Mtr below the track to 1.5 (one point five) minimum 3 (three) meter below the river bed, 01 meter below other lands including road / pucca road 63 to 40 mm dia & its accessories suitable for HDT as permanently lubricated HDPE pipe 40 of size 63 to 40mm crossing area. This includes supply as per Specification No. RDSO/SPN/TC/45 /2013 with latest amendment & cost of the fuel and all other items which will be required for laying of cable through it. Inspection : RITES for HDPE pipe (for inspection charges cost of all sort of HDPE pipe is Rs. 195/- per Mtr.) NOTE: The number of HDPE pipes (of any dia as mentioned above) to be pulled in any HDD section will depend upon the numbers of quad / signalling cables to be pulled through that HDD section as per site requirement. At a particular site, the second /additional HDD is to be done only after completing the pulling of 72 cores of cable through 1st HDD other wise the second /additional HDD will not be counted as a new / additional HDD for the purpose of billing. Only cables to be supplied by Railway. Cable sketch/route plan showing division & depth to be submitted by firm.Execution of work as instruction of site engineer.
