Material and labour for repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premix bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes not exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area not exceeding 400 Sqm and exceeding 50mm deep but not exceeding 100mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using 4% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, laid/ rolled and compacted to requried gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts, dust and applying evenly one priming tack coat with paving bituminous primer at 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade 80/100 (VG-10) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts, dust and applying evenly one priming tack coat with paving bituminous primer at 2.5 Kg per 10 Sq metre using paving bitumen of grade 80/100 (VG-10) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix ashphaltic semi dense concrete, 30mm consolidated/ compacted thickness with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) binder content by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, spread by using mechanical paver and 8 to 10 tonne power road roller, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable/ damaged road furniture items like Solar Studs, Cat Eyes, Delenators of any dimensions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing concrete/ bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes (contineous interrupted), arrows, letters exceeding 10 cm width with hot applied thermo plastic road marking materials all as specified in clause 803.4 of MORTH and H specification, white or golden yellow (IS colour No 356) over one coat of primer complete all using road painting machine all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model No DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness as in floors, apron laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rubber moulded factory made chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick made of grey cement with pigment, laid over and including 15mm thick CM 1:6 bedding, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete with joints to match size and shape as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.
