M.B Road to Chhaitana -Uttarasahi, Dakhinasahi-_Road_SDBC _0.000 to 1.500

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means for low porosity surface including cost, conveyance, royalty & all other taxes of materials, labour charges, T&P etc, required for the work complete as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom clause 503 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared Bituminous surface treated with primer using mechanical means including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Semidense bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of 13mm nominal size (grading-I) premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, lying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the require grade ,lavel & allingiment ,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tendem rollers to achive the desire compaction as per cluse 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & bridge works (4th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials & labour charges T&P etc required for the work complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.
