S&F 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed panelled door shutters 35mm thick (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both sides. The size of rail and stiles as per IS:1003 (Part I), Klin seasoned and chemically pressure treated.

S&F butt hinges 100mm size medium weight cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm long extructed aluminium handle fabricated type complete all as specified and directed.

One light point controlled by one switch.

One fan / exhaust point controlled by one switch.
