Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth in soft/loose soil; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete

Removing excavated soil to a dist n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5m above the starting point complete

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete

S&F in repairs SS concertina coil, dia of wire not less than 2.50mm, coil dia not less than 610mm, zinc coating min 275 gm/RM, weight of coil not less than 1.40Kg/Rm including securing or tying with galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc. complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces wall, chajja, facia etc, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and apply one coat of cement base paint complete.

M&L for applying two coats of colour wash on new plastered surfaces of wall over a coat of primer complete.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 20mm graded crushed stone agg as in coping, benching, holdfast, fixing of fencing post above wall etc, finished even and smooth using extra cement incl necessary form work complete

S&F galvanised two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or laying at crossing with and provision of mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.
