S & F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge) minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws,complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing fully automatic double sliding motion sensor operated sliding door of size 1.80x2.10m made of 12 mm thick clear toughened glass complete with aluminum track assembly motorized mechanism, sensor unit, patch fitting floor guide, locking arrangement, emergency break out facility all accessories testing and commissining complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for powder coated aluminium ventilator fixed type half glazed and half gauged with and including hardware fitting, glazing, wire gauge, rubber packing, aluminium beading etc. as specified below including taking down old/ ventilator and making good of wall surface to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Aluminium section shall be of size as given below:- Frame:- 44.5x44.5mmx 1.08mm thick, Top/ botton rails and middle / side styles of shutter - 44.5x 44.5 mm x 1.08 mm thick Including Glass: 5 mm thick frodted glass fixed with rubber gasket with aluminium beading, necessary aluminium beading,wire gauge incl aluminium gril with frame fixed to by means stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised partition with frame, (fixed type) shutter, and glazing 4.8 mm thick plain glass, and 12mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade in bottom panell, glass fixed with rubber gasket with aluminium glazing clips & snap beading including taking down unserviceable existing partion etc complete all as specified and directed of following sizes;- Frame of vertical/horizontal section;- 44.5x44.5x1.22 mm thick Bottom section;-100x44.5x1.22 mm thick

S&F in repair factory made 100 % solid colured wood plastic composite (WPC) flush type shutter of 18mm thickness one side laminate consisting of panel of PVC profile of 18mm (+ 0.7mm) thick of density 600 kg per cum manufactured by ISO-9000 certified company using for shutter cilica ply 18mm thick and fixed with frame. The thickness of shutter is edges painted by matching colour of PVC lining of plain/prelim coloured PVC sheet using etc complete as per manufacture specification.
