Regular maintaing of lawn and othe rarea by cutting of grass, uprooting of rank, vegetation weeds, bushes, grass etc. grith upto ground level and throw about 50Mtrs. Away from the Substation premise of 400KV in the following areas are: 1. Around the Control Room upto 400KV Gate-IInd. 2. Around the Mulsifire room and mulsifire tower tank. 3. Around the LT 630KVA Transformer. 4. Lawn in front of Control Room. 5. Lawn in fron the AE office itc. and as per instruction of JE/JE(M). [7650 Sqm. X 12 Months= 91800 Sqm]

Regular cutting/ cleaning of grass, vegetation, weeds, bushed and small trees as removal of rubbish foreign material, waste paper material and spalings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared. Properly round cutting of all decorative plants by Falcon scissor etc. found on both sides ofthe road including plateform upto the width of 2Mtrs. or security fancing of the substation. 1. From 400KV main gate to control room building. 2. Both side connecting road of 220KV Switch Yard. 3. Road of Control room building to Division Office, Civil Office and 400KV Store. 4. From main road to 400KV Gate IInd. Throuwing the same at least 50Mtrs. away from the substation premise and proper sweeping of platform and road after cutting the grass & busses. [1250 Sqm. X 12 Months= 15000 Sqm]

for maintenance of park in front of AE Office, Division Office, Front and back side of control room building (as per instruction of A.E./J.E)and all Flower Pot and Planter in the premises of 400 KV S/S Rishikesh, including weeding, chiseling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with manure, making the same with forked soil, watering and maintenance the lawn free from weeds & feet for moving (The cost of manure shall be paid separately) and other related required work in 400 KV Sub Station Rishikesh. (Timing 08:00 Hrs. to 05:00 Hrs.) [12 Months]
