SPL REPAIR CUM ADDN/ALTN TO BLDG NO T-50/A1 (LABOUR ROOM) AND T-51 (OR FAMILY WARD) AT MH, RAMGARH CANTT

Dismantling old asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridge complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa & minimum AZ @150 gm/Sqm( be coated with hot dip alloy of 55 % aluminium, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surface @ 150 gm/Sqm of coating both surfaces) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of wrougt iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for purlin, rails fastening, etc, of steel section complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane guntries, rail, fastening ,heavy bracket ,rafter,framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.,including welding counter shunk for holes and necessary gusset plates, wind tie etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boarding, any description,including frame work & cover fillets etc., fixed in any position with nails/screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for providing aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling system with size 605 mm x 605 mm, consisting of main runner of size 36.5 mm x 25 mm x 1.4 mm (weight not less than @ 0.24 Kg/Rm) and cross Tee of size 23.5 mm x 36.4 mm x 1.4 mm (weight not less than @ 0.191 Kg/Rm). The snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40 mm X 25 mm X 2 mm (weight not less than @ 0.36 Kg/Rm).The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 6 mm dia. G.I wire , J-bolts ,nuts and washers as per manufacturer's instructions or adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 4.0 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed in ceiling flat or sloping fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the all rubbish off from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 9-10 mm thick virtrified ceramic dark shade/ double charged/ultracharged tiles polished area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 0.1 sqm, as in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
