M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers of 10mm thick and 5mm thick, finished fair and smooth and water proofing compound shall be added on top layer as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified. (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately under appropriate item as supply only).

M&L for normal water proofing treatment on roof slab portion consisting with the following operation : (i) Cleaning surface by wire brushes broom, removing dust and applying with bitumen primer conforming to IS 3384-1986 @ 0.50 kg per sqm (ii) Applying a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm for water proofing membrane (iii) Applying of polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3 kg per sqm over entire area with overlapping and sealed complete all as specified and as directed. (iv) Again applying hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm over water proofing membrane (v) Applying a bituminous aluminium primer/ paint 0.10 kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/ sub base and paving finished cement concrete surfaces even and fair without using extra cement .

S&F 5.5 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc. 0.5 Sq.m. in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replace MCCB 3 pole, 415 V, adjustable type 25 Amps with TMD breaking capacity 36 KA including necessary modification in the panel complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size all as directed

Decarburizing/cleaning complete LT 415 Volts 3 phase panel/ bus bar chamber with electrical connections, complete bus bar from the bus bar chamber, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarburizing, refixing the same after applying Becktol Red solution to the bus bar insulator & checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts & thimbles of in-coming/out-going system complete incl replacement of defective rusted bolts & nuts all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out the loose or separated Door / canopy / front & back sheet covers from existing LT panel and refixing the same after welding, provn of nut bolts / hinges if required as per site, proper locking arrangement and fixing of proper earth connection etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of external surfaces of LT panels indoor/outdoor type for painting by scraping down old dusted paint by steel brush brooming rubbing and cleaning applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint as approved and marking feeders by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 2mm thick fibre reinforced plastic coating with epoxy paint coat of approved colour on the surface of panel board, RMUs after cleaning the surfaces thoroughly complete all as directed & specified.
