Cost of hiring, installation and operation of 2(two) nos. Fountain during the entire mela period (capacity 7.5 HP/10HP) in the water body at the backside of the mela ground during the mela period incl. hiring & fixing of (8x2) =16 nos RGB LED under water lighting fittings, (2x2) = 4 nos sharpy light including DMX control and all other accessories from boundary fencing, installation of fountain submersible pumps with necessary accessories/ arrangement for the installation, cable connection, main power connection from feeder with suitable size of cable, necessary carrying charges etc. for 14 days, complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the EIC.

Hiring and Fixing of 100 Watt Green façade LED luminaries for illumination of hoarding, trees, grass from gate no 1 to main stage, backside of the mela ground including necessary connection,controlling from feeder all complete during the mela period as per direction of EIC. Total 100 (Hundred) nos. light per day.

Hiring, Fixing & operating of multicolor chain light, hire charges for supply and fixing of temporary decorative Gate lighting arrangement of 05 nos. Gate min. [8*4*2+12*4] sqft. at the backside of newly constructed 05 no. Fountain & LED multicolor chain covering all trees surrounding to mela ground , bush etc. during the mela period of 14 days as per direction of EIC.

Hiring, fixing & operating charges, including necessary connection & stuctures etc. of colored LED light setted designed different types of trees(minimum height of 5ft) for 14 days as per design & direction of EIC.

Hiring, fixing & operating charges, including necessary connection & stuctures etc. of colored LED light setted (visually moving/static)designed (different types of logos etc.) board(8ft x 4ft) along with/without greetings board as per design & direction of EIC.

Hiring & operating of soundproof 250 KVA DG set to supply the power normally to Air conditioner of Auditorium, 8 nos. High mast, Street Light (permanently installed) etc.[WBSEDCL supply will remain standby] including allied electrical accessories like main switch, changeover, suitable size of cables, 2nos separate GI pipe (min. 3mtr.) earthing etc. including fuel & lubricant, minimum run for 10 Hrs. The consumption is 45 Ltr./Hr. Operation is to be done by engaging generator operator up to the satisfaction of the E.I.C.

Hiring & operating of 2nos soundproof 50 KVA DG set to supply the power normally to sound system of main stage for Inauguration programe by Hon'ble CM to Govt. of WB [WBSEDCL supply will remain standby] including allied electrical accessories like main switch, changeover, suitable size of cables, 2nos separate GI pipe (min. 3mtr.) earthing etc. including fuel & lubricant, minimum run for each days is 10 Hrs. The consumption is 9 Ltr./Hr. Operation is to be done by engaging generator operator up to the satisfaction of the E.I.C.

Hiring & operating of 2nos soundproof 50 KVA DG set to supply the power normally to Stage & Auditorium Light system of main stage for Inauguration programe by Hon'ble CM to Govt. of WB [WBSEDCL supply will remain standby] including allied electrical accessories like main switch, changeover, suitable size of cables, 2nos separate GI pipe (min. 3mtr.) earthing etc. including fuel & lubricant, minimum run for each days is 10 Hrs. The consumption is 9 Ltr./Hr. Operation is to be done by engaging generator operator up to the satisfaction of the E.I.C.

Hiring & operating of soundproof 250 KVA DG set to supply the power normally to GUILD office (i.e. main stage of Bidhannagore mela ground), Auditorium, 8 nos. High mast etc.[WBSEDCL supply will remain standby] including allied electrical accessories like main switch, changeover, suitable size of cables, 2nos separate GI pipe (min. 3mtr) earthing etc. including fuel & lubricant, minimum run for 12 days is 05 Hrs. and minimum run for 2 days is 10 Hrs. However DG set should be standby for 24 Hrs. in 14 days. The consumption is 45 Ltr./Hr. Operation is to be done by engaging generator operator up to the satisfaction of the E.I.C.

Hiring, fixing & operating charges for 50 nos metal halide flood light fittings of 400 watt/200 watt LED flood light fittings with all accessories, as required and wiring with proper size PVC wire incl. main, sub-main, switches etc and maintaining the same for better illumination of CAR PARKING ZONE for 14 nights and withdrawl within 2 days after the end date as desired by EIC. For 1st night

Do-for subsequent 13 nights = 50X13 = 650 nos-nights.

Cost of repairing, operating and maintenance of Ring fountain, Spiral fountain & Lotus fountain at the frontage of Mela ground incl. repairing/replacement of damaged GI ring header pipe with valves, all brass foam cascade nozzles, 6/8 nos RGB three colour LED under water light fittings for each fountain, LED lamps, controller, driver etc. including overhauling , servicing & repairing of 7.5 HP submersible pump motor sets of fountain, changing of damaged cables, wires, socket and other required accessories, repairing of control panel, starter, MCB etc. including cleaning & removing all garbage and complete in all respect for running of the fountain for 14 days as per satisfaction of the EIC.
