Demolition and breaking up 150 mm dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as directed .

M&L brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed .

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as directed .

M&L for PCC type C-2, (1 : 3 : 6) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L PCC type C-1, 1: 3 : 6, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1 : 4, complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC type C-1, 1 : 3 : 6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed .

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole cover slabs, of any thickness, size or shape including necessary form work, set and jointed in cement mortor (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required including, cranking binding with & including MS wire annealed not less than 0.90m dia or securing clips complete all as directed .

M&L for 150mm dia Reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete as directed.

M&L for PCC type - C1, 1 : 3 : 6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to 150mm dia drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; complete as directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting 150mm dia new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete as directed.
