Supply & fixing,commiissoning,Testing of 16m high mast shaft in two sections aluminium dia cast octogonal poles with study base plate, sleek, elegent and pleasing aesthetics with flush door ease of maintenence with aluminum dia cast arm brackets along with spigots matching with poles suitable for 55m/sec wind speed, with raising lowering sysem comprising, head frame, luninaires carriage suitable to install 08 Nos luminairies in symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch,6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial. Wiring material 1.5 Sqmm from JB to individual luminaire, power cable between panel and mast, MCB in base compartment mounting clamps and bolts, bottom dia 360mm X 150mm top dia highmast base plate of suitable size aluminium dia cast complete all as specifide and as directedalong with the undermentined items. (a) Constrction of shallow foundation with M 25 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/Sqmtr at 2x2x2mtr depth with all materials and labour.The foundation shall be as per manufactorer. (b) Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts washers, anchor plate and common template (c) Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminairies with all wiring materials like PVC insulated sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor of size of 1.5 sqmm inclding earth wire, lugs, material and all labour. (d) Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concreete. Note:-Earth work, PCC, nuts, bolts, errection etc shall be part of this item.

XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches passing through pipe/ ducts/ surface of wall ceiling etc including testing complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, poles, pier holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan n exc 1.5 depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm, all as specified.

Removal of excavated material to be distance n.exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m high from the starting point, all as specified.

Sand cushioning to under ground cables, 8 cm thick layer before laying and testing the cable and 15 cm thick after laying and testing of the cable in trenches complete all as specified in Clause 19.75 of MES SSR 2009 Part-I and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel galvanised light grade 40mm dia tubing with all fitting; laid in trenches, across road or on pole fixed or laid in repair complete all as specified.

Sub class 'B' bricks old size, as cable protection cover, laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable, on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4.0mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised as shown in electrical plate No 03 and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-20, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of reinforced cement concrete M-15, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.
