SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IX B EXTERNAL ENLECTRIFICATION)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor cubical feeder pillar box suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz supply system and size not less than 1.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 0.5 mtr powder coating provided with suitable to make it dust/vermin proof. The panel shall be made with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and inner shell made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, double door with front and back openable with locking arrangement, provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom, inner shell be compartmentalized, front openable single door system lockable. Inner shell completely vermin proof and to accommodate incoming/ outgoing MCCBs, MCBs and TPN aluminium bus and extension links of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the respective MCCBs. The TPN bus bar and extension links shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on epoxy regin insulator. All control wires shall be with 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs. The panel shall be mounted on 50 x 50 x 5mm abgle iron stand of height 45 cm above ground and 45 cm embeded in ground, computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided. The panel shall consists of following accessories :-

INCOMING: (a) Phase indicator lamp neon type R-Y-B (set of three) – 01 set (b) MCCB 4 pole, 250 Amps, 50 Hz, 415V with breaking capacity 36KA – 01 No. Make: Havells cat part No. IHLLSEB40250 or equivalent make of L & T/Crompton Greaves/Siemens/Schneider.

OUTGOING: (a) MCCB 4 pole, 100 Amps, 50 Hz, 415V with breaking capacity 25KA - 03 Nos Make: Legrand / L & T/Havells. (b) MCCB 4 pole ,415 volts 63 amps 16 KA=06 no Make: Legrand / L& T/Havells (d) Time switch for security light=01 No (e) Power conductor for timer = 01 No

NOTES: The scope of work shall also include provision of the following:- (i) Earth lugs to connect existing lead. (ii) Common neutral bar of adequate capacity and PVC connector block, 32 Amps rating provided with the terminal board. (iii) Cable glands as required. (iv) Mild steel foundation bolts with nuts and washers of suitable size for fixing of mortor control panel. (v) Panel board wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor cable, single core of suitable size of 400/1100 Volts grade. (vi) The panel shall be fabricated from CPRI approved manufacturer and test certificate in this regard should be submitted by the contractor at the time of claiming his RAR. (vii) Layout diagram of panel shall be got approved by GE in writing before fabrication of panel.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-X B (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY) .

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve Pit/chamber complete with 3 mm thick MS sheet cover and 40x40x6mm angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with locking arrangements of size 400mm x 400mm x400 mm depth (internal size), brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, internal walls plastered with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, 40mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates in foundation 75mm thick, with and including necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : - (i) All metallic components shall be treated with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The surface imbedded /coming in contact with PCC/brick work shall be treated with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer.(ii) Plastered surface of walls shall be treated with three coats of white wash.
