Cleaning of general /common toilets including dado,skirting,WC pan (indian /western type) wash basin,urinals by hand dusting and cleaning with soap solution,acid,deodrants,phenyl etc to make the toilet clean and hygenic including providing napthalene balls in urinals. All complete with tools,tackles and consumables with uniform (dress) for works as per instruction of EIC. (Analysed Rate)

Cleaning of toilets attached with office chambers including dado,skirting ,WC pan (indian/western type) wash basin ,urinals by hand dusting and cleaning with soap solution ,acids,deodrants,phenyle etc to make the toilet clean and hygenic including providing napthalene balls in urinals all complete with tools, tackles and consummables with uniform (dress) for workers as per instruction of EIC. Cleaning all types of roofs including removal of dry leaves,weeding and cleaning drain holes,brooming etc all complete with tools and tackles along with stacking the garbage to specified place with proper uniform(dress) for workers as per instruction of EIC. (Analysed Rate)

Cleaning and dusting of door shutters including chowkhats ,window grills,glass pannels,table tops,cupbords etc. Also dusting and vacume cleaning of auditorium chairs,floor carpet ,wooden flooring ,wall panelling and curtain in acoustic works etc service/community buildings/convention centre with proper uniform(dress) for all workers. (As per instruction of EIC). (Analysed Rate)

House keeping and maintainance of toilets,windows/door/panes/ceiling,floors,furnitures,utensils,fans and sanitary fittings in CCL canteen at DHC ( sanitary materials like Vim powder,phenyl,duster etc shall be provided departmentally. Note-03 numbers of labours to be engaged per day as per instruction of EIC. (Analysed Rate)

Providing white phenyl-1000 ml as per instruction of EIC.

Providing toilet cleaning solvent (Harpic or equivalent)-1000 ml as per instruction of EIC. (Analysed Rate)

Providing napthalene balls (01 kg) rates as per instruction of EIC. (Analysed Rate)

Providing cleaning freshner (Odonil or equivalent) -50 gram pack-rates as per instruction of EIC. (Analysed Rate)
