CONFERENCE HALL (15.26 x 6.76M) FALSE CEILING WORKS : Providing and fixing Gyboard M/F suspended ceiling system consisting of True steel materials wall angels fixed all around the wall by screws at intervals not more than 70 cm C/C distance. GI Section 45 cm distance. Main G.I Manners suspended from ceiling at not more than 1220mm intervals by GI. Straphanger in one direction G.I. Cross Channels at intervals not more than 600C/C with Screws at intervals not more than300mm approximately 12.5 mm Gyproc Saint Gobain Boardof tapered edge fixed to the underside of ceiling using suitable dry wall screws at 0mm centers taped and filled to give a smooth and seamless surface.ceiling height shall be 3.5 m from FFL. (Note : due to moisture presence, 8mm cement fiber board in 1.2m width to be used at the east side of the ceiling in lieu of gypsum plaster board) . The job includes applying of 2 coats of plastic emulsion painintg with all putty and all labour & material. Material Conformity : IS 277 (GI frame works) and IS 2095 part 1 (Gypsum plaster board)

DIAS TABLES FOR SIX SEAT : Supply of dias tables for six seatings , a total length of 4.2m and 60 cm wide and 75 cm height dias table for a total capacity of 6 people, all items made of 17mm HDHMR finished with melamine polish of approved shade including clear polish finish, , one drawer fitted with lock and ss grade handle. potion of front paneling to be finished in elegant appearance including adequate groove work

DIAS CHAIR (Special type) : Dias chair with arm rest, made of hardwood finished with melamine polish of approved shade including clear polish finish, cusion seat and back covered with best quality jute cloth.

FULL HEIGHT GYPSUM PLASTER BOARD DRY WALL PARTITION (at west side entrance) INCLUDING TWO NOS PARTITIION DOOR : Providing and fixing full heigh drywall partition at the main entrance, The vertical frame work of the drywall system made of GI studs and horizontal tracks at floor and ceiling made of GI tracks and a minimum wall thickness of profiles shall be 0.45mm. Both side panelling fixed with 12mm gypsum plaster board with drywall screw, apply putty work and two coat of emulsion paint of disired shade. work includes two nos doors with all necessary hardwares such as mortice loack door closer etc,,,both side of the wall to be painted with one coat of primer and two coat of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade.

GYPSUM PLASTER BOARD DRY WALL PARTITION AND MODIFICATION OF EXISTING CABIN AT GROUND FLOOR : Providing and fixing aprox 120 sqft of drywall partition at the the ground floor following above spec and modifying existing cabin by shifting one partition wall as required by client.

WALL PANELLING AND ACOUSTIC INSULATION OF COMPLETE WALL AREA : Fixing of hardwood frame work throughout wall area consisting of batterns 40x25 mm fixed with rawl plug & drilling necessary holes and including priming coat etc,. Properly place acoustic insulation with resin bonded rock wool conforming to IS:8183, having dinsity 48 kg/m3, 50mm thick , fix inside frame work and held and in position by criss crossing GI wire etc..Fix 8mm thick MR303 grade on hardwood frame with screws. Final finish shall be 4mm thick wood veneer at bottom potion finshed in melamine polish in matt finish and top potion finished with loop pile carpet of approved shade, both carpet and veneer are properly glued / nailed for consistent stability . The work is to be completed with all labour and material including all the hardware required., (Note : four nos window permenantly closed by panelling, partial area of the panelling may be finished with rubwood pnelling)

PROVISION OF FLOOR CARPETS : Carpet (rib type) to be laid complete floor area (main hall, corridor & staircase) properly fixed to the floor using adequate bonding agent.
