Desludging/cleaning of septic tank /soakage well of any depth by mechanically means or by pumping and burring the sludge into the ground including throwing of required quantity of lime to stop the bad smell complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rates quoted by the contractor for this item are for solid contents of sludge only (The volume of solid contents of sludge shall be calculated by reducing 50% of loose/seperated quantities of sludge)

Dewatering of septic tank and draining out the water, and carried away the water out side the defence land and burried the water into the ground including throwing of required quanity of lime to stop the foul smell complete all as specified and directed.

Attending complaints for building work (Complaint) on daily basis related to plumbing/water supply which includes minor repair to taps by replacement of washers, tightening of taps, stop cock, angle valve, pillar cock mixer etc. tightening of checknuts of PVC Connections and waste pipe of WHB, urinals, sink and making water supply functional in case of blockage, repair/ replacement of face of mohra grating, etc. complete all as directed at site. Note - 1. Apart from repairs as mentioned above, Labour only for replacement of taps, stop cocks, angle cock, pillar cock, mixer, PVC Connection/ face mohras of any description and PVC Waste pipe shall be paid under this item. 2. Contractor has to obtain completion of complaint from user duly signed with date from the user with Quarter number and submit the same to JE / Engineer-in-charge.

Attending complaint for building work (Complaint) on daily basis related to Carpenter work, which includes minor repair to door, replacement of glass panes, tightening of wire cloth, replacement of wire cloth, tower bolts, bow handles, butt hinges etc.easing of doors, wooden chowkats, any description, making them functional to the satisfaction of AGE complete all as directed. Note - 1. Apart from repairs as mentioned abvoe, Labour only for replacement of glass panes, tower bolts, butt hinges, sliding door bolt, oil putty, wire cloth shall be paid under this item. 2. Contractor has to obtain completion of complaint from user duly signed with date by the user with Quarter number and submit the same to JE / Engineer-in-charge.

Attending complaint on daily basis related to blockage of WC, trap inside house to gully trap, which includes removing / removing/refixing of grating and cleaning of WC traps, kitchen/ bath floor traps, gully traps including cleaning of blockage CI pipe upto Ist manhole complete all as specified. Note- Quated Rates are including supply of bamboo and cleaning agents)
