Description of Items

Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. Upto a depth of 2.00 m below the existing G.L. In hard soil

Plain cement concrete works in prop. 1 Cement: 3 sand: 6 coarse aggregate by volume of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately).

Providing and laying plain cement concrete works cement, coarse sand and 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinfor cement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work will be measured and paid seperately.) In substructure upto plinth levelk M15 grade concrete or Prop. 1:2:4

Providing form work of 12mm thick plywood board so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and proppig etc height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in vertical surface such as walls (any thickness), parapet walls, partitions and the like including attached pilasters, butresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Brick work in cement mortar in proportion 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) in sub-structure up to plinth level including dewatering if necessary with Ist class brick includig racking out joints and curing complete as directed.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to Ist floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Supplying, fitting and fixing chain link fencing of 10 S.W.G, G.I Wire 50mm x 50mm mesh fitted to M.S angle iron post at 2000mm apart of specification detailed below including supplying, fitting and fixing hooks, eye bolts with nuts, staples and bolts including three horizental lines of G.I wire 10 S.W.G at top, middle and bottom and with one vertical line to each fencing post for keeping the fencing tight and erect complete, including one coat of primer painting to M.S angle iron post in P.C.C base etc with following: (a) Corner and end posts with M.S angle of size 50mmx 50mmx5mm and length not less than 1800mm only duly slotted and bottom torqued with two numbers as stay posts. (b) Intermediate post with M.S. angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm and length not less than 1800mm only duly slotted and bottom torqued and splayed. (c) Stay post with M.S angle of size 35mm x 35mm x 5mm and length not less than 1800mm duly slotted and bottom torqued and splayed. All M.S angle iron posts are to be firtted to P.C.C base embedded not less than 600mm (P.C.C work shall be measured and paid separately).

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I. S. Code for R.C.C work/R.B walling including straighening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate)

Providing 75mm thick precast R.C.C slab over drain, septic tank etc. in prop. 1:2:4 reinforced with 10mm M.S bar @ 150mm center both ways tying with 20 gauge black annealed wire with necessary shuttering, curing etc. complete including fixing in position as directed.

Supplying fitting fixing 75mm dia PVC pipes (Supreme/Prince) or other ISI approved including joining, fitting and fixing with clamps etc. as necessary complete at all levels including below G.L as directed and specified.

Jungle clearance including uprooting of vegitation, grass, brush-wood, sapling and trees not exceeding 300mm girth and disposal of the same outside the periphery and lift upto 1500mm.

Raising low site around the building with approved soil obtained from outside by truck carriage including breaking clods, dressing etc. complete including payingnecessary forest royality, sales tax, land compensation, municipal gate fees, if any monopoly duty etc. complete as directed and specified.
