Calibration of VCB relay by injecting High voltage through CTS checking the over load system of VCB up to 90 % rated load and artificial fault creation and setting of relay by 10 to 15 % of rated load removing u/s overload and earth fault relay including connection with power pack, opening out the trolley, checking the operation of VCB mechanically and electrically through shunt trip coil including energizing of springs automatically, checking of TNC switch including testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- Calibration to be carried out by authorised person and test certificate shall be furnished.

M&L for maintenance of VCB 11 KV, 400 Amps by removal of VCB trolley, cleaning of all copper male and female contact, tightening of all connections, checking of all auxiliary contacts, control wiring, servicing of relays, relay setting etc, refixing the VCB trolley to its original position including proper setting of manual/ auto motorize operation of VCB, checking/setting of tripping system, etc complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Maint to be carried out by authorised person and test certificate shall be furnished.

Replacement of complete power pack unit of 220 V/110 V AC input and 110 V/24V DC output fixed inside the HT VCB/RMU unit complete for back up of the tripping system of Circuit Breaker etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply install and testing in replacement of digital four pole non directional Microprocessor based IDMTL 3 over current +1 Earth fault with instantaneous element relay with high set & Aux. supply 20-110 volt DC as per existing make and model complete all as directed.

M&L for replacement of automatic spring charge motor of the Vacuum circuit breaker of existing make and model complete all as directed.

S & F in replacement of 11 KV current transformer (CTs) for HT panels indoor type resin cast epoxy type of 13.1 KA/sec having ratio 60/5+5 Amps suitable for metering and protection of panels including control cables as per site requirement and fixing on bus bar section having class of accuracy 5P10, burden 15 VA. complete all as directed

S&F in replacement of vacuum interrupter as per existing make and model and suitable for 11 KV HT VCB 11 KV 400A capacity.

S & F in replacement tripping coil assembly 24/110V DC as per existing make and model and suitable for HT VCB 11 KV 400A capacity.

S & F in replacement auxiliary TnC switch as per existing make and model and suitable for HT VCB 11 KV 400 Amps capacity.

Disconnecting HT/LT connections and draining out complete oil from transformer of capacity up to 250 KVA at site which is under major repair and storage the oil in suitable dry container and lifting of core assembly by opening of top cover and other items for inspection and lowering/fixing of core assembly in its original position after inspection to make it ready for transportation to carry out any repair/rewinding work in workshop. Note : (i) Rate is deemed to be incl of crane and man power for lifting. (ii) container to be provided by the contractor and keep aside for re-use.

M&L for on load centrifuging and dehydration including filtration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine electric operated without any shutdown of transformer including testing oil sample before and after dehydration all as directed Note: (i) Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. Oil test report shall be submitted for before and after dehydration (ii) Contractor have to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit from his own resources without any extra cost . Contractor shall use mobile filtration plant with all accessories .

M& L for toping up of transformer oil in transformers, having die electric strength not less than 45 KV (at 2.5 mm gap) high voltage as per IS specification of low viscosity. Make : Power link/Power-oil /Savita.Note : Dielectric strength test should be carried out by the contractor at site before pouring/filling in oil in transformers. The oil found with under specification will not be accepted.

Supply and fixing in renewal porcelain vitreous brown transformer bushing HT 11 KV including brass stud conical bush and gasket suitable for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity 250 KVA. complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in renewal of porcelain vitreous brown LT 1100V transformer bushing including brass studs conical bush and gasket suitable for indoor/outdoor transformer of the capacity 250 KVA.

S&F in renewal of silica get breather assembly with vent pipe and new silica gel suitable for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity 250KVA.

Supply and filling in replacement silica gel for transformer complete all as directed.

S & F Top cover gasket made up of 5 mm thick cork sheet complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of gang operated dropout switch air-break, triple pole off load switch with drop out fuse set insulator, mounted on channels outdoor, vertical mounting type HT 11 KV, 50 Hz of rating 400 Amps, ISI marked, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and frame work with operating mechanism worked from ground level with adequate length of GI pipe 32 mm dia medium grade, and locking arrangements, complete with fuse mounts, fuse carriers and HT fuse elements having 30 amp rating suitable for incl. necessary electric connections, including dismantling old air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing old painted surface of LT Panel board of any size by thoroughly cleaning the surfaces to remove dirt, dust, rust flakes and paint flakes, using wire brush or sand papers, damp cloth or as directed. Priming the surface with anti corrosive primers using suitable sprayers. Applying automotive paint using sprayers till glossy finish is obtained, complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

M&L for preparation and painting MS LT pole with 04 nos band / strips with black and white paint alternately all around the HT/LT pole and MS channel with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer and marking strips of 30 cm distant and numbering with black enameled paint and writing LT/PL No on both side of pole with white enameled paint of complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to Plant/equipment and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthing made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm complete . Note : On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance below 5 ohms is not achieved, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Supply, fixing and testing LT cable jointing kit straight through heat shrinkable type suitable for cable PVC /XLPE insulated armored heavy duty aluminum conductor 1100V grade LT cable of size 3.5/4 core 16 to 50 sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply, fixing and testing LT cable jointing kit straight through heat shrinkable type suitable for cable PVC /XLPE insulated armored heavy duty aluminum conductor 1100V grade LT cable of size 3.5 core 70 to 150 sqmm complete all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT cable of any size any type from trench/ duct/poles/roof/pipe etc. and keeping aside for segregation of serviceability. Serviceable cable will be re-laid at same place or other place as required.

Supply and laying, connecting XLPE insulated, armored, heavy duty electric cable multi stranded aluminum conductors, 1100V grade, of size 16 Sqmm 2 core with proper size of lugs and laid in trenches / ducts / through GI pipe / fixed to poles etc. complete all as directed Note: Excavation earthwork, cable covers, sand cushioning and GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Labour for re-laying the serviceable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade of any size obtained from item No 2 above in trenches/fixed to poles/ wall, complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note : Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand cushioning & cable cover will be measured and paid separately if required.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, for laying of under ground electric cable, pipes etc. all as directed and specified. Note:(i) Authorised width & depth shall only be excavated, measured and paid as specified in clause 3.2.3 of SSR part II and 19.74.1 of SSR part I for cable/pipe laying portion. (ii) Serviceable bricks obtained during excavation shall be stacked separately carefully without any extra cost for reuse.

M & L for river bed sand filling in trenches/ ducts 15 cm above cable and 8 cm under the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreading, leveling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of bricks/cable cover from trenches.

M&L for old size sub class `B` bricks, kiln burnt, as in cable protection laid flat with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed .

Relaying old retrieved serviceable sub class 'B' bricks all as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as directed.

M& L for cutting under the road /pavement /hard standing or in any other situation with the manual labour for crossing of U/G cable through it and making both the end good complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying GI water tubing of 50 mm bore, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches under roads/in drains, fixed to poles/walls with suitable size flat iron/GI clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc. for cable protection, complete all as directed

S & F in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, fixed type, 63 to 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as directed

S&F in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as directed

M&L for replacement of ACB of 400 Amp rating, 3 pole, 50 Hz with manual fixed type with microprocessor release of capacity400 Amps thermal magnetic release and testing complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for Compression/crimping type sleeve joints for jointing conductors/ jumper connections including treatment with conducting jelly including taking out old jumpers of ACSR conductor overhead lines by un-winding of conductor 4/6 wire on both sides, dusting out powdered aluminum complete all as specified and as directed.

Stringing / stretching incl jointing in situ of each span not more than 45 Mtrs of two electric poles having 3 Nos of ACSR including GI earth continuity wire, with/ without guarding wires on electric poles of any size at different locations all as ordered manually or by telephonically means to the extent of permissible sag or tension by removing jumpers or bindings from insulators and making fresh binding with aluminium tapes after stringing complete as ordered.

M&L in repair Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 100mm height, 65mm dia for 550 volts grade complete all as directed.
