M&L for preparation for removal of existing treatment, all loose gravel cement mortar, dirt, oil, grease and foreign material by jet of dry air, roughening and cleaning the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application loose existing bituminous material manually and with heat torch gun to get smooth plain finished surface with no loose material on surface. Repair all joints & cracks and apply primer with SmartCare Epoxy Primer to seal the pores/cracks and enhance the adhesion of the coating. Apply first coat Fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers with Sun Reflective Index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength of 2.9 Mpa and shall have cracks bridging ability upto 2.5mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure reduce surface temperature upto 10 degree Celsius with 33% dilution of priming coat. Laying of fiber mesh of 0.3mm thickness weave in leno pattern having 45 gsm/sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry. Apply second of undiluted coat @ 0.45 ltr/sqm. Apply third and final coat undiluted @ 0.45 ltr/sqm as specified and as per manufactures specification having warranty for 12 years. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surface is in cm 1:3 to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement under roof treatment mixed with water proofing compound (to be measured and paid separately). complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete, type B-0,1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded crushed aggregates) as in roof kerbs, mud stops, roof padding etc using water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work / stone masonry in cm 1:4 to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete surfaces etc, complete all as specified and directed. and mixing of water proofing compound. (Note - water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work / stone masonry in cm 1:6 to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete surfaces etc, complete all as spld and directed.

M & L 5 mm thick of ceiling plaster on concrete surfaces in cm 1:3 to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete surfaces etc, complete all as spld and directed.

M&L for repairing the edges / corner of Chajja / roof projection and similar work by removing of plaster width / girth exceeding 15 cm & n exc 30 cm and making good good with 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over a coat of primer over and including 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gms/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance, exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm complete all as specified and directed.
