Notes for all schedules: Standard Schedule of Rates (SSOR)Items: Any item of work carried out by the Contractor on theinstructions of the Engineer which is not included in theaccepted Bill(s) of Quantities but figures in the StandardSchedule of Rates (SSOR), shall be executed at the rates setforth in the "Standard Schedule of Rates (SSOR)" modified bythe tender percentage as accepted in the contract for thatchapter of Standard Schedule of Rates (SSOR). However, thecumulative value of all such extra item(s) together (modified bythe respective tender percentage) shall not exceed 10 % of theoriginal contract value.

Credentials if submitted in foreign currency shall be convertedinto Indian currency i.e., Indian Rupee as under: The conversionrate of US Dollars into Rupees shall be the daily representativeexchange rates published by the Reserve Bank of India for therelevant date. Where, relevant date shall be as on the last day ofmonth previous to the one in which tender is invited. In case ofany other currency, the same shall first be converted to USDollars as on the last day of month previous to the one in whichtender is invited, and the amount so derived in US Dollars shallbe converted into Rupees at the aforesaid rate. The conversionrate of such currencies shall be the daily representativeexchange rates published by the International Monetary Fund forthe relevant date.
