Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description not exc 15cm thick below or above ground level including removal of debris out side of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 including provision of weep holes at every 3m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming fair finished channel or drain up to 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

Description all as per item No 4.00 here-in-before but inner girth or channel exc 30cm but n.exc 60cm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Hard core with broken stone of gauge n.exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc.15cm thick complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of drain and the like including necessary form work weathering rounded or chamfered angles, throating including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. for shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out soil settled in bed of drains by means of excavation including removing grass, small bushes, shrubs etc and removing the excavated materials to a distance exc 50m but n.exc. 100m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in soil in trenches including spreading, levelling and watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material soil to a distence exc 250m and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar internal dia of pipe upto 450mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450 mm dia reinforced concrete hume pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 600 mm dia reinforced concrete hume pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in paving / harding finishing surface even and fair without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast RCC type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 in landings, cover slabs (for main holes, drains) with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
