Building Work : Pump House And Boundary Wall

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay and sand) including lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto to 50 m refilling, watering and remaining of excavated earth into trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trench.

Concrete with 4 cm gauge stone ballast, local sand and cement in proportion of 6:3:1 in foundation, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Mild steel or iron work in RCC work wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of work including supply of steel and wastage etc.

RCC with cement, coarse sand and 20 mm gauge approved stone ballast in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 0.50 mm thick binding wire in position and necessary cutting and bending etc complete.

Ist class 75 designation brick work in 1:6 cement and local sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion the work.
